special thanks to @d5no_ on this stunning lobby 🎀💝
@discord_support @discord it's been over three weeks and your support system has yet to respond to an open ticket or help me with my banned account that holds my discord server with 30k+ members, when will you stop relying on AI and hire some actual support?
my Discord of 10+ years was just falsely banned for no reason - obviously the attached reason is not something I engaged in. i could really use support as i can't log in to transfer any of my assets. i'm being told to appeal through the app, but i cannot log in 🫠@discord_support @discord

so in the past week, we've seen:
• dynamic faces being pushed suddenly w/ very poor (probably AI) made replacements of heads tanking a ton of limited faces to hold no value, pushing people to buy copied versions of limiteds instead because somehow those look better
• head positioning is being moved up randomly with no communication on whether it is a bug or intentional, but in the process, it is breaking all head accessories, with no ability to adjust or alter the item
• a new categorization for "full heads" aka masks/objects that cover heads, to penalize artists who make static heads by having them priced ridiculously high so no one will buy them and be forced to default to dynamic
this is really disappointing, and it feels like changes are being made for the sake of being made to spark community outrage & feels very ignorant to those who create on the platform 💔
i usually don't usually speak out on updates, but this new face update is clearly not thought out very well🫠 several face accessories, including the makeup masks, are messed up because of the new modifications to the woman's head, and you can't fix it through positioning because the head shape itself has changed
