Last weekend, builders from around the world joined the CreateOS x @stripe hackathon, Build Agents That Run Code.
59+ projects came in. Each one gave an AI agent a CreateOS Sandbox to write, run and verify its own code.
Over the next two weeks I will share the builds that stood out to me: a short demo, the idea in one line, and the repo so you can try it yourself.

Spending my time in the weeds of agent sandboxing has made one thing obvious:
Enterprises do not need agents with infinite freedom. They need agents with non-negotiable execution boundaries.
Autonomy without isolation is just a security incident waiting to happen.

This past week was one of the most rewarding of my time building CreateOS
Over the course of the week, our team prepared the hackathon page, the guidelines and the builder setup alongside the Stripe Projects team to make it seamless enough for the builders
On Saturday, we opened with a walkthrough by @stripe team of Stripe Projects, followed by our very own @pratikbin introducing CreateOS
I spent the rest of the day with the builders, helping those outside the US get set up with Stripe and watching agents take shape in real time
By the 5:30 PM deadline, nearly 70+ projects had been submitted
Judges spent almost two hours evaluating each one of the submissions and the quality of the builds were exceptional.

You type the trailer you want. A crew of AI agents takes it from there:

🔒 a CreateOS sandbox runs it in its own micro-VM, locked down to just the model providers
🔁 if a frame comes out black, empty or the text falls off screen, the error goes straight back to the agent, and it rewrites the code until the shot passes
👁 a Critic watches its own frames and asks for re-shoots
🎞 then it renders the MP4, live on screen while you watch
No GPU. No diffusion. Every frame is a program, so the words are exact and the brand stays yours.
The whole stack (CreateOS, OpenRouter, Vercel, Upstash, Cloudinary) was provisioned from one terminal with stripe Projects, on free plans.
