In continued agony of buying zara products at home, it became tough when a wrong item was supplied (for order mo. 53582180297) and i had to reorder (54019501330). Felt bad as i was made to pay Rs 290/- twice as delievery charges.

we know that its sitting at delivery station. Stationed there for last 6 days, generating message of out for delivery daily with a code. Later sending a message as not at home/ delivery refused on daily basis.
