यूपी का बिजली विभाग भी अजब है भाई,वाटर सप्लाई के पाइप में ही बिजली का खम्भा लगा दिया। अब हजारों लीटर पानी सड़क और नाले में बहा जा रहा। ऐसे बिजली ठेकेदार को ब्लैक लिस्टेड किया जाना चाहिए और जुर्माना भी करना चाहिए।
