Please only watch this if you can bear to see how Benjamin was in his last days trying to cope with a brain tumour. I wanted to watch it because his death is part of him, as it will be with all of us. I admired him hugely and still do.
Don’t wait. Don’t wait to live, to love, to notice the small thingsβ€” Because one day you’re fine… And the nextβ€” everything changes. I asked, β€œWhy me?” They said, β€œBad luck.” No reason. No warning. Just one momentβ€” splitting life in two: before… and after. @richardsudan

Since undergoing major surgery six weeks ago, my heart has been in atrial fibrillation (AF), meaning it has been beating irregularly ever since. Unfortunately, the medication I'm taking isn't working as intended, so it's looking increasingly likely that I'll need cardioversion to try to restore a normal heart rhythm. It's making recovery more challenging, particularly as I tire so easily. Perhaps this wizard I came across can work a little magic and cast a spell to get my heart beating to the right rhythm again!

Would you know I had pneumonia, a heart condition, Stage IV head and neck cancer and I'm 4 weeks out of major abdominal surgery? Appearances don't tell you the whole story. You can see how someone looks, but you can't always see what it takes for them to keep going.

My daughter made me this beautiful blanket & a priority was giving it a home in our new house. Some days I’m in huge amounts of pain & need a soft but supportive chair, so I’ve got my very own grandma chair + footstoolπŸ˜…. Now I can read, work or crochet & watch the world go by.

An elderly man thinking his wife was going deaf went about 5 metres behind her & asked "Can you hear me sweetheart?" No reply. He moved to 2 metres & asked again. No reply. A few steps behind her, he asked, "Can you hear me now honey?" His wife said, "For the third time, yes."

I haven't seen any proper comment from the British Museum on what actions they are taking to resolve this. It's the weekend now so I'm sure that means no chance of any update on their plans for a few days. It's pathetic and a national disgrace.
