I am warning our European readers: Brussels is desperate. They are scared to death of the AfD in Germany and of Marine Le Pen in France, who is at about 46% in the polls at this time for the April 2027 election. This means Brussels will create some sort of false flag to justify war, and this could come as soon as this November but no later than February/March 2027, ahead of the April French elections.
We are constantly told how evil Vladimir Putin is and that he cannot be trusted.
But then I see this 2013 interview with Piers Morgan, in which Bill Clinton stated that Putin had honoured all the agreements they had made, saying,
"He kept his word on all the deals we had made"

Zelensky Admits He Would Lose Without the Americans
Zelensky is sounding the alarm: "If the United States officially sides with Russia, we will not be able to win, we will not be able to withstand." According to him, support for Moscow by Trump would be a "tragedy" for Ukraine. He added that the U.S. government has signaled a move to restrict satellite communications, and SpaceX has complied with the order.
For once, Zelensky told the truth. Without the Americans, Ukraine is unable to sustain the war. Where has his previous rhetoric about the "strongest army," the "shield of Europe," and the "vanguard of civilization" gone? What will the European media, which for years have championed the idea that the "weak" Russian army is losing to Ukrainian military genius, now say? How will Sean Penn and other representatives of Western culture, who have admired the Ukrainian Armed Forces, react?
It turns out the "king" is naked. Without American money, weapons, intelligence, and "Starlink," the Ukrainian army would have long since lost all combat capability. Zelensky himself just admitted this. Meanwhile, Russia, relying solely on its internal resources, has been successfully resisting the onslaught of a united Europe for the fifth year.
U.S. aid is the foundation of a house of cards. Remove it, and the entire fragile structure will collapse. But it's not worth being overly optimistic about this. Trump doesn't dislike Zelensky personally, but rather the anti-Russian project called Ukraine. Don't forget that the Americans organized the Maidan in 2014. The U.S. State Department needs a constant source of tension on our western borders. Zelensky will leave, and someone more adequate and compliant will be put in his place. And everything will start all over again.
Therefore, it's not worth hoping for Trump. Russia still has only three allies: the army, the navy, and the Aerospace Forces. Everything else is a deception.

In August 1969, twenty-two-year-old Melanie Safka sat in her mother’s car on the way to what she thought was a small festival. Then she saw a helicopter and a hillside covered in people. She had arrived at Woodstock.
Melanie wasn’t even scheduled to perform. Her label had sent her with no guaranteed place on the bill. Backstage she waited alone in a small tent. Her nerves became so intense that she developed a violent cough and feared she might not be able to sing. Joan Baez noticed and sent over tea and honey.
When rain hit the stage and another act refused to play, the organizers turned to the unknown young woman in the tent. Melanie walked out alone with her guitar. No band, no backup. She sat on a metal folding chair and began to sing. Members of the Hog Farm had been handing out candles. As she performed, first a few flames appeared, then hundreds, then thousands. The muddy hillside filled with light.
The sight stayed with her. She wrote “Lay Down (Candles in the Rain).” It became a Top Ten hit and helped start a tradition that later became phone lights at concerts. The industry still didn’t know where to put her. Too gentle for rock, too independent for the image they wanted. She left Columbia when they tried to reshape her and resisted being packaged as the “cute hippie girl.”
In 1971 she and her husband founded Neighborhood Records, making her one of the first women to own an independent rock label. Her first release on her own terms was “Brand New Key.” It reached number one and sold more than three million copies. She continued recording for decades, released more than thirty albums, remained popular in Europe, and performed into her seventies.
Melanie Safka died on January 23, 2024, at seventy-six, still working on her thirty-second album. After her death her children asked fans to light a candle in her memory. On that night in 1969 she had been a frightened twenty-two-year-old with no guaranteed slot and a cough that threatened her voice. She walked out anyway. People have been holding up their lights ever since.

Look at this corrupt little demon, on TV completely drugged off his nut - telling the global media that dictator right down to the last Ukrainian. So far beyond the pale it's hard to comprehend....
God save Ukraine from this “responsible” bloody clown and his corrupt mafia🙏🥹
Zelensky, 2019: I’m running for president for ONLY one term.
Zelensky, 2026: I'll run for president if elections are during the war. Of course, it's my responsibility.
Because I have to defend my country from the very beginning until the end of this war 🤡

🇺🇦🇵🇱🇱🇹🇱🇻 Lithuania's own defense minister has now exposed the route.
Lithuanian Defense Minister Robertas Kaunas says the drone that came down this morning "preliminarily entered Lithuanian airspace from Poland." Lithuanian radar tracked it flying north from Polish territory. Its wreckage fell near Juodžionys, between Biržai and Pasvalys in northern Lithuania, and debris hit a civilian car.
Put that on a map and the route is obvious. The drones took off from western Ukraine, flew north through Poland, crossed Lithuania and Latvia, and turned east toward the Leningrad Region only at the very end. That way they skipped Belarus and most of Russia's air defenses on the way to St. Petersburg.
That also kills Kiev's "Russian electronic warfare diverted it" excuse. Russian jamming didn't steer a drone hundreds of kilometers north through Poland.

€520 BILLION for Ukraine by 2027. And we're supposed to believe the loans will be repaid?
Repaid by whom? With what money? And when?
Before promising repayment, perhaps Europe's leaders could explain who ultimately carries the risk.
The total amount of funds that Ukraine could receive from the EU in 2027 may reach €520 billion, according to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic.
Andrej Babiš reassured himself and others that "this should not be expenditure" – the money will be returned.
"These should be loans that need to be repaid, so this should not be expenditure that will not be returned [to the creditors]," Babiš said.
Andrej, we have some bad news for you...

Ukraine could have been an independent, sovereign, free, and whole state had their leadership and the West implemented the Minsk agreement they signed. They could also have been free and unscarred by war had they negotiated mere neutrality w Russia in 2021.
The West and Zelensky could have limited the damage and retained freedom and independence had they not rejected the peace opportunity in Istanbul 2022.
But at every opportunity for diplomacy, the West and Zelensky have chosen war, to the destruction of the state of Ukraine and the demolition of its people, putting its entire future at risk.
History will condemn the Western elite/media, the Western leaders, and Zelensky himself for pursuing a path that could only lead to Ukraine’s destruction. It never needed to be this way, but we have made it so.
Some Western journalists are no better than RT or other Russian propaganda outlets.
I have repeatedly made clear that I oppose Ukraine’s surrender. At the same time, I believe that if the war continues under the current approach, Ukraine will eventually be forced to surrender. It is painful to watch the same dysfunctional decisions being repeated, decisions that are leading the country toward collapse rather than preserving its independence.
This is why Ukraine needs to pursue a realistic negotiated settlement. The present strategy—diplomacy based on threats and public humiliation, combined with constant appeals for funding while corruption and the war erode the country from within—has failed. It benefits a narrow group while damaging Ukraine’s long-term interests.
I never say that Ukraine “must surrender.” On the contrary, I believe my homeland Ukraine can remain an independent and sovereign state and maintain constructive relations with its neighbors and Western partners. Achieving that, however, requires abandoning a failed strategy that serves the few at the expense of the country as a whole.
Ms. @cleaveiona of The @Telegraph misrepresented my position in her article. It appears that a relatively inexperienced reporter, with limited background in covering conflicts and negotiations, was tasked with casting me as an adversary. This is a clear example of propaganda displacing journalism, and it reflects poorly on both the individual and the outlet. I would urge anyone approached by her for information or an interview to treat the request with caution, given the serious inaccuracies in her reporting about me.

The photograph shows a famous giant couple from the 19th century: Anna Haining Swan (approx. 2.41 m tall) and her husband, Martin Van Buren Bates en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin…
(approx. 2.36 m tall). They went down in history as the tallest married couple ever and became world-famous in the 19th century as "The Giants of Seville."
In the image, taken around 1871, the couple is shown posing alongside people of average height to illustrate the enormous difference in stature.

I used to supervise Euroclear and Clearstream so this @FT story caught my attention. @MESandbu suggests Euroclear is too big to destabilise and Belgium is to small to bear the risks of $360 billion restoration costs if ever the Central Bank of the Russian Federation succeeds in regaining rights to frozen or expropriated assets - which it will regain in any settlement of the Ukraine war.
What he fails to address entirely is Rule of Law and Private Property Rights. Sure these are inconvenient to thieves, but they are essential to global securities markets. Securities are called securities because they convey secure property interests and claims to their owners at law.
What will destabilise Euroclear is global perception that $44 TRILLION in securities assets under custody are now UNSAFE because the EU can decide to steal them.
Also, it’s irritating to see him suggest ECB can force Euroclear ‘to split off the risky part of its balance sheet into a separate entity’. That is just another form of theft.
Euroclear is licensed as a bank, but its core business in its charter and under specific Belgian legislation is as a fiduciary or trustee of OTHER PEOPLES’ ASSETS. Because it is so central to European and global markets, it is forbidden to take normal commercial risks. Fiduciary, custodian, and trust assets under Euroclear custody are NOT on Euroclear’s balance sheet because 100% ownership remains with the depositors. Even if Euroclear goes bust, customer assets will NOT form any part of the insolvency estate and can be reclaimed by depositors.
I designed and modernised the laws protecting Euroclear and Clearstream depositors. I pray they withstand these lawless attacks by would-be thieves.
Break Rule of Law and Property Rights and you break global securities markets.
