Minnesota was the first state to codify the right to reproductive freedom after it was overturned.

Today’s SCOTUS ruling fails to tell states they cannot ban emergency abortions. The ruling brings temporary relief for Idahoans, but the court should have made clear that patients across the country need access to emergency abortion care.

Good news for now: SCOTUS ruled against restricting access to mifepristone, a pill for medication abortion & miscarriage care. It's still available in states that allow it. 🙌
But this case is being sent back to the district court. The fight for our rights isn’t over yet.
