Hi, I just got today my @tapairportugal refund for a delay last Christmas. They denied my original online claim (too polite, maybe?) but caved when I took them to court. #TakeAirPortugalToCourt
Too little too late, my friend @tapairportugal. In addition to let 17 Miami-bound passengers stranded in Lisbon for Xmas, you ignored their claims for almost two months. Time for legal action, and court of social media.
