Protocol fees on Socket land in one contract with one exit. Anyone can call sweep, because the only place it can send is the treasury. The owner's one power over the funds is changing that address. Its receive never reverts, so a module paying its fee in is never blocked.

Task weight raises an NFT's vault share per task completed. A signed completion names the token, task, wallet, a one-shot nonce, a deadline, the chain and the contract. A copied signature is worth nothing. The signer, or a curator with a written reason, picks who earns it.

The pons fee sink becomes your token's fee recipient, so it can claim your creator fees from the pons escrow. Anyone can press Collect. It claims both ledgers, takes the Socket cut once and hands it all to your splitter or vault. If that refuses, the value waits and is retried.

The reference only follows prices from earlier seconds, so a same-transaction pump cannot move it. The bid pays at most the reference; a pumped sell gets the pons price and no bid. If nobody trades or updates it for a while, it pauses itself. The budget stays withdrawable.

A buyback bid buys part of each sell on your socket pool from a budget anyone can fund. The socket refuses a bid that pays less than pons would at the pre-sale price after fee, so sellers never do worse. It spends your ETH above market on purpose.

Handing over a contract takes two transactions, not one. You offer ownership from your owner page. Nothing moves until the new wallet calls acceptOwnership. Until then you keep every power. The same page can pause new entries. Exits keep working.

Swap quests turn trading into progress for NFT holders. The plug-in counts each wallet's ETH volume in your socket pool per period. Reach a quest's threshold and you can complete that task for an NFT you control, raising its vault multiplier.

Chain blocks together and the protocol cut is still taken once. A splitter forwarding into a vault charges the raw inflow, then the vault sees a factory instance and lets it through uncharged. Sink to splitter to vault pays one fee, not three.

Contracts on Socket never change in place. A new version is a move, not a patch. Your owner page deploys a fresh copy with your settings and marks the old one migrated: entries close there, withdrawals still work, and users move over on their own. socket.builders/me

A Tested block holds at most 2 ETH, 2% of a token's supply and 25% of an NFT collection per instance. Reviewed allows 25 ETH and 10% of supply. Caps limit what goes in, never what comes out. A cap bounds a loss. It does not prevent one. socket.builders/deploy/agent…

The agent market has one kill switch and the protocol owner holds it. A banned agent cannot be sold here, and no vault can trade for it or bind to it. The NFT stays with its holder and the ban can be lifted. It stops trading. It does not confiscate. socket.builders/agents

A thin pool can fill a buy only part way. So a vault buy is two router commands: the swap, then a sweep that returns the ETH the pool did not take. Spent is measured by balance change, so a partial fill hands the rest back instead of leaving it in the router. socket.builders

An agent vault's pool is fixed at deploy. The preset reads it from the chain and writes the key into the vault. The agent trades there, through the router, and nowhere else. It can still lose the ETH you deposit, up to the limits you set. socket.builders/deploy/agent…

The launch guard fee can only fall: up to 1% at the start, down to zero over one minute to seven days. Until then it also blocks any single trade over a size you set, both ways. It only covers your socket pool, and big trades can be split. socket.builders/m/launch-gua…

Duration weight is a breakpoint table fixed at deploy. Gentle pays 1.10x at a day, 1.25x at a week, 1.50x at 30 days, 2.00x at 90. Steep hits 1.50x in a day, 3.00x in 30. Unstake and the clock restarts. Which curve would you hand holders? socket.builders/m/duration-w…

A drip can also be stretched, so there is a floor. A deposit only restarts a live window if it comes from a funder or brings at least 1% of what is still undripped. A 1-wei deposit every block cannot push your payout further out. Set that floor to zero and the guard is gone.

Fund a Socket staking vault and the reward drips out linearly, three days by default, never all at once. While nothing is staked, the clock stops. The first staker earns the rate, not the lump. Deposits are one way. No key pulls them back. socket.builders/m/staking-va…

Nine fee lanes, one table of defaults. Mint payments and marketplace sales are 1%, the hard maximum. Reward funding, splitter inflow, curve trades, raffle tickets, fees claimed from escrow and hooklet income are 0.5%. Vesting deposits are 0.1%. socket.builders/fees

One recipient that reverts should not block the others. The fee splitter pays each one in isolation. A recipient that refuses is credited what it is owed and retried on the next split. Anyone can call distribute, owner key or not. socket.builders/m/fee-splitt…

A gate plug-in is never told whether a trade is a buy or a sell. It sees the pool, the token, the trader, the ETH size and the time. Nothing else. The code says why: a gate that can block only sells is a honeypot. What it blocks, it blocks both ways. socket.builders/sockets
