On behalf of the 🇵🇱Polish Nation and 12 million Polish Americans🇺🇸I extend my appreciation for the establishment of the Peace Council - another bold and timely peace initiative.
The war in Ukraine is a grave regional conflict involving Slavic nations - Russia and Ukraine - with profound implications for Poland. Its resolution will ultimately require direct dialogue among those nations that share historical, cultural, and regional understanding.
As "constitutional constraints" reportedly prevent my Polish colleagues Radek Sikorski and Karol Nawrocki from joining the Council, I respectfully offer my ad interim readiness to contribute to the Council’s work related to the #UkraineRussiaWar, including efforts supporting dialogue with President Volodymyr Zelensky and President Vladimir Putin.
I also submit for consideration my updated analysis of the conflict together with the #PolandPeacePlan4Ukraine, published on March 17, 2025, and building upon proposals first presented prior to the outbreak of the war in February 2022.
I extend my best wishes to European leaders engaged in discussions on peace and security, and I encourage continued efforts toward a modern and effective framework that strengthens stability and helps prevent wider global escalation.

👉In connection with Sakiewicz’s arrival in New York, as a whistleblower I am asking the appropriate U.S. Department of Homeland Security and FBI authorities to take advantage of the opportunity to question him regarding his connections with the failed cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto. The owner of Zondacrypto vanished with $300 million, his successor fled to Israel, and the Polish prosecutor’s office is conducting an investigation into the origin of funds obtained – according to media reports – from criminal organizations in Eastern Europe.
👉It was Sakiewicz who connected Zondacrypto with the Republican CPAC conference in Rzeszów in May of last year, making it the main sponsor of CPAC in Poland, which led to the compromising of American Republicans and the MEGA movement in Europe and, subsequently, to Kristi Noem’s resignation as Secretary of DHS.

According to media reports, Zondacrypto was pouring hundreds of thousands of złoty a month into Sakiewicz’s Telewizja Republika in advertising, while Sakiewicz was offering Zondacrypto’s then-chief, Przemysław Kral, a 20% stake in the station..
👉Sakiewicz and Telewizja Republika were part of the PiS propaganda machine which – according to Polish media reports – kept Telewizja Republika alive with more than PLN 150 million flowing from State Treasury companies. The same system also involved institutions such as the Justice Fund of the Ministry of Justice under Zbigniew Ziobro, who is now in the United States and the subject of a Polish extradition request:

According to the investigation conducted by MaxTV, political activists used these funds to eliminate my MaxTV – the largest Polish-language Internet television broadcasting from the United States, as Voice of America once broadcast from Washington – and to eliminate me as an independent Polish-American journalist, creator of the TELLING IT LIKE IT IS movement and founder of #RREVOLUTION, the first republican movement in the history of Poland.
👉It was precisely during the PiS government in 2020–2023 that my Facebook and YouTube accounts – the largest Polish-language Internet channels, which generated more than 100 million views and attracted millions of subscribers – were shut down as a result of organized trolling, mass reporting and false “fact-checking.”
👉As an American citizen, I experienced a political hate campaign against me in Poland – unprecedented in the history of Polish-American relations: reports to the Polish prosecutor’s office, threats of being “barred from entering Poland,” and a litany of defamatory publications in the Polish media.
👉Rebuilding my reputation in Poland is a costly and arduous task – compensation lawsuits have now been going on for six years, and, for example, the evidence in the case against the Wykop portal “was destroyed” in the court in Poznań.😮
If I pitched this story to Hollywood as a screenwriter, they’d tell me it was too unbelievable. You couldn’t make this stuff up.
👉There is an irony of fate in the fact that Sakiewicz has the audacity to come to the Pulaski Parade, while the same political organization that sends him here showed no interest whatsoever in co-financing my feature film “Pulaski,” intended for Mel Gibson’s Icon Productions, with music by my late friend, Oscar-winning composer Jan A.P. Kaczmarek.
I wrote the film “Pulaski” for the American market as a sequel to Mel Gibson’s magnificent film “The Patriot.”
👉At the same time – as reported by the Polish prosecutor’s office – corrupt Polish politicians spent millions of dollars on the “promotion of Polish films” in the United States, while Radosław Śmigulski, former head of the Polish Film Institute (PISF), the beneficiary of this initiative, is currently facing criminal charges of “causing substantial financial damage on a large scale and certifying false information” (PAP).

Nie zgadzam się, żeby globalna firma technologiczna traktowała Polki i Polaków gorzej niż innych Europejczyków.
Jeżeli @SpaceX @Elon Musk chce działać w Polsce, korzystać z polskiego rynku i zarabiać na polskich klientach, musi ich traktować uczciwie i na równych zasadach.
Od 17 sierpnia Polacy korzystający ze Starlink Roam mają być traktowani gorzej niż klienci z innych państw Europy: dodatkowe formalności, obowiązek zgłaszania podróży i weryfikacja dokumentów.
Nie przyjmuję odpowiedzi, że tak po prostu musi być. Dlatego zwróciłem się do SpaceX o pilne przywrócenie równych zasad dla polskich klientów firmy. Jeżeli powodem są „lokalne wymogi regulacyjne”, oczekuję wskazania konkretnych przepisów. Ogólne tłumaczenia nie wystarczą. Polscy obywatele nie mogą być traktowani gorzej tylko dlatego, że globalna korporacja tak zdecydowała.
Nowe technologie dają ludziom ogromne możliwości. Ale wraz z nimi globalne firmy zdobyły ogromną władzę nad warunkami, na jakich pracujemy, komunikujemy się, podróżujemy i korzystamy z usług. I właśnie dlatego obowiązkiem państwa jest reagować na wszelkie przejawy nierównego traktowania klientów, manipulacji rynkowych czy innych powodów nie zgodnych z etyką rynkową.
Polska nie jest rynkiem drugiej kategorii. Polscy klienci nie są klientami drugiej kategorii.

BREAKING: After my 🇺🇸MaxTV🇵🇱 report that Ukraine's LIMA electronic warfare system could have caused the Russian missile to crash in Poland, the Polish military returned to the site and excavated the crater again.
According to MaxTV sources they were looking for the missile's black box containing electronic evidence showing in which direction the Ukrainian LIMA system redirected the Russian missile -which should have crashed in a Ukrainian farmer's field, not in Poland.

Mam głęboki szacunek dla amerykańskiej demokracji, Konstytucji Stanów Zjednoczonych i zasad państwa prawa. Ufam niezależności amerykańskich instytucji. Dlatego z pełnym spokojem poddaję tę sprawę ocenie władz Stanów Zjednoczonych. Jestem gotów na rzetelną, uczciwą i bezstronną weryfikację zarówno zarzutów kierowanych wobec mnie, jak i całego politycznego kontekstu tego postępowania. Wierzę, że amerykańskie instytucje zbadają nie tylko treść wniosku o ekstradycję, ale również okoliczności jego powstania, sposób działania polskich organów oraz to, czy nie doszło do bezprawnego i instrumentalnego wykorzystania wymiaru sprawiedliwości do walki z przeciwnikiem politycznym.
Donald Tusk, Adam Bodnar i Waldemar Żurek wielokrotnie publicznie przesądzali o mojej winie, zanim jakikolwiek niezależny sąd rozpoznał tę sprawę. W demokratycznym państwie prawa taka sytuacja nigdy nie powinna mieć miejsca. Najpierw zapadł polityczny wyrok i uruchomiono polityczną nagonkę. Dopiero później zaangażowano aparat państwa, aby nadać sprawie pozory legalności.
Od początku postanowiłem, że bezprawiu tej władzy nie będę się poddawał. Nie będę biernie legitymizował działań, które mają charakter politycznego odwetu, a nie rzeczywistego wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Dlatego aktywny sprzeciw wobec takich praktyk nie jest ucieczką przed odpowiedzialnością. Przeciwnie jest obroną podstawowych zasad demokratycznego państwa prawa.
Minister Waldemar Żurek najwyraźniej zakłada, że Stany Zjednoczone wykonają każde żądanie sformułowane przez obecny rząd w Warszawie. Tak jednak nie działa amerykańska demokracja. Stany Zjednoczone budują swoją siłę na niezależności sądów, poszanowaniu praw jednostki i przekonaniu, że wymiar sprawiedliwości nie może być narzędziem polityki. Wierzę, że właśnie dlatego amerykańskie instytucje bez trudu dostrzegą przesłanki wskazujące na polityczny charakter i motywy tej sprawy.
Nie mam wątpliwości, że działania Donalda Tuska mają również wymiar osobisty. Jako prokurator generalny nadzorowałem postępowania dotyczące osób z jego najbliższego otoczenia politycznego, w tym podejrzanych o ciężkie przestępstwa kryminalne: Sławomira Nowaka, Stanisława Gawłowskiego, Tomasza Grodzkiego, Romana Giertycha. Dziś mam prawo oceniać, że działania podejmowane wobec mnie są elementem szerszego planu wymierzonego nie tylko we mnie, ale również w największą partię opozycyjną i wszystkich, którzy sprzeciwiają się obecnej władzy.
Od wielu miesięcy obserwujemy działania, które wykraczają daleko poza demokratyczny spór polityczny. Presja i bezprawne działania nie dotykają wyłącznie mnie. Dotykają również wielu środowisk opozycyjnych, a nawet krytycznych wobec rządu mediów. Dotykają też moich współpracowników, a nawet mojej rodziny. Tak nie postępuje państwo pewne swoich racji. Tak postępuje władza, która dla osiągnięcia swoich celów politycznych gotowa jest bezprawnie wykorzystywać cały aparat państwa przeciwko przeciwnikom.
Jestem przekonany, że instytucje Stanów Zjednoczonych dokonają niezależnej oceny tej sprawy, kierując się wyłącznie prawem i faktami. Jestem również przekonany, że przyjdzie czas rozliczenia tego, co wydarzyło się w Polsce w ostatnich trzech latach. Jeżeli doszło do naruszania Konstytucji, ustaw oraz podstawowych zasad państwa prawa, osoby odpowiedzialne za takie działania powinny odpowiedzieć przed niezależnym polskim wymiarem sprawiedliwości. Tylko takie rozliczenie obecnej władzy, przeprowadzone zgodnie z prawem, z poszanowaniem wszystkich gwarancji procesowych i przez rzeczywiście niezależne sądy, będzie oznaczało prawdziwy powrót do państwa prawa.
Sprawa ta ma jeszcze jeden wymiar. Jest nim nieudolność rządów Donalda Tuska. Dobitnym tego przykładem jest gwałtownie narastający kryzys w służbie zdrowia. Nieudolna władza zawsze chce przykryć swoją nieudolność. I ten wniosek temu też ma służyć.

Six years ago, on July 4, 2020, I presented a vision for a modern European nation - the United States of Poland and Polonia (Polish Americans) - a political model for the future of Europe: a small parliament, low taxes, fewer politicians and more entrepreneurs, and judges elected by the people, not appointed by politicians.
Just as America did 250 years ago, we began a peaceful revolution for a new Poland and a new Europe - to make our Western civilization great again.
