The 2026 Porter Baseball season has come to a close. As we begin to roll out some of the player accomplishments from this season, we begin with a quick season recap for the Varsity Porters. As a TEAM, we won an IHSA Regional Championship and finished as the SWSC Co-Champions!
Our last open field of the fall brought on our annual Porter Baseball Costume Scrimmage. Shoutout to the boys who showed out with some great costumes for this years edition. We were also surprised with a visit from Lockport Legend, Ron Coomer, who shared a great message with the boys as they head into the next phase of the offseason. Thanks Coom!!!

‘27 RHP/SS Tommy Miller (IL) gets the foot down early and could from the back hip. Lines this on back UTM for a RBI single. #WWBAMW @CangelosiSparks
CHIEF!! @Emmett_OKeefe26
‘27 1B/OF Emmett O’Keefe (IL) pulls a triple down the RF line to drive in a run. Really gets into his lower half during the swing. #WWBAMW
‘27 LHP Anthony Faria (IL) started off bracket play with a clean 5 innings of work on the rubber. Faria didn’t allow any runs and fanned 8 of his opponents. FB 80-82 T84 located well generating whiffs. Flashed a CB 62-67. #WWBAMW @CangelosiSparks
