The Porters were super fortunate to have an awesome experience today, playing a scrimmage and getting a tour of the Old Joliet Prison! The boys were able to take in the historic site, and get some work in on the field that the Joliet Slammers played on just a couple of weeks ago.
Had a good showcase at the Lockport Preseason ID by @PrepBaseballIL. Here is video from my BP and infield round.

Anthony Calzaretta (‘27, IL) added a base knock here working PS. Quick barrel with good strength out in front. Has good bat speed thru it, impacting this one on a line into LF. @CangelosiSparks @PG_Uncommitted #ChampionsCup

Anthony Calzaretta (‘27, IL) added a base knock here, plating a run and extending the lead further. Quick hands with good feel to impact it and drive the ball working back UTM. Clean stroke gets it done. @CangelosiSparks @PG_Uncommitted #ChampionsCup
