Heading to Jura, where George Orwell wrote 1984, on the 75th anniversary of the masterpiece's publication. Sculpton Hans Clausen has an installation featuring 1984 copies of the book unveiling in Craighouse today. I'll be reading from my book Orwell's Island: George, Jura & 1984.
If you're on the lovely island of Jura this weekend, this is a must see! @hanskclausen

I never fail to be moved by the effects of finding someone’s #music #language at the advanced stages of #dementia. This lady used to be a church organist - see how she responds to hearing this familiar hymn. Please remember ppl never stop #listening @MusicforDemUK. #EOL #care 🎶
