NEW: The House Judiciary Committee has just released the results of its investigation into sanctuary policies in Fairfax County, VA via an interim staff report that makes the following conclusions: - Fairfax County, VA ignored at least 1,670 ICE detainers between 2023-2025, releasing criminal illegal aliens back into the community instead. -Fairfax County Commonwealth Attorney Steve Descano treats illegal alien defendants differently than similarly situated American citizens, and he refused to prosecute or significantly reduced charges for criminal illegal aliens in order to shield them from deportation/immigration consequences. - The committee says in a preliminary review of more than 1,100 criminal cases, they’ve identified more than 100 previously unreported criminal aliens who benefited from Descano’s prosecutorial choices, which includes Descano’s decision to almost never pursue certain cases against illegal aliens, including DUIs, felony drug possession, felony grand larceny, shoplifting, fraud, trespassing, destruction of property, and assault of a law enforcement officer. - The committee lists some examples of the criminal aliens they say Descano shielded with his policies in the cases he did prosecute, including an illegal alien charged w/ felony child rape/carnal knowledge of a child who had his charges dropped to misdemeanor “consensual sex with a child” and he was offered a 90 day suspended jail sentence. - The committee says Descano dropped more than 50 charges against a serial fraudster from China and allowed multiple illegal aliens charged w/ malicious wounding, strangulation, and assault and battery to “escape accountability and reoffend.” - The committee alleges that Descano misled Congress by telling them one thing during his Congressional testimony, but telling them another in a private letter after that testimony. Per the report, Descano said during his May 2026 testimony before the committee that his policies are meant to shield green card holders/legal immigrants from deportation, but in a subsequent letter to the committee in September 2026, Descano admitted that his policies may also shield illegal immigrants from deportation. @FoxNews write up on the report: foxnews.com/politics/virgini…

🚨Virginia’s former CIA governor is working to install a longtime Soros operative — with direct ties to the professional protest machine — into the U.S. Congress Abigail Spanberger is endorsing and campaigning for Tom Perriello (VA-5), who ran George Soros’s Open Society Foundations five years (2018–2023) In the @DataRepublican video, participants discuss plans for a “crisis of legitimacy,” a “meltdown,” DSA street mobilization, and coordinated responses if federal lines are crossed ➡️ Indivisible is built to turn out bodies. Its co-founder Leah Greenberg was a Perriello staffer. While he ran OSF he sat on Indivisible’s national board, and he gave them $7.6M+ Soros money (plus millions more after he left) ‼️This is not ordinary politics. A sitting governor with an intelligence background is trying to place another node of that funding-and-organizing network into Congress. ‼️At the same time, Virginia’s AG is issuing election bulletins telling officials how to handle federal oversight (LINK in Reply) ❌Spanberger is pushing a candidate who spent years directing major extremist leftwing spending — including a $220M BLM racial-justice commitment he publicly championed — plus open borders, illegal mass migration, abortion, radical candidates and issues — and Perriello has kept most of this record quiet on the campaign trail 👎 If Perriello wins and helps a Dem majority, the House becomes an arm of an unelected funding and mobilization network — pushing toxic, anti-US, anti-Western ideas 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸Vote Republican. 📹 Abigail Spanberger campaigns for Tom Perriello in Charlottesville, 9/18/26 xitter.cf/DataRepublican/status/…
🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 1: THE PLAN 🚨 I am working on gathering all the documents. Now, here's something to understand about the "democracy" and protest ecosystem: almost nobody knows the 'grand plan' so to speak. They simply agree to play a role. For example, 99% of people breaking stuff on the streets believe they're doing it out of an organic uprising. They don't see that the police have been ordered to stand down. They don't see that legal services have already been arranged for them. They don't see that foundations are paying for their bonds. Similarly here, governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same: the governors end up playing a role in a grander plan. I call this "shared epistemology" in my book Unelected. Motivations differ, people rarely agree to the big evil supervillain framing, but incentives all converge in the same end goal. No Kings might not agree to explicitly tear down the Constitution, but they nonetheless work with DSA and will turn out millions of people if the right phone call is put in. Here is one articulation of the plan - and crucially, since then, they have put many NGOs in their places to execute their proper role at all levels when the time is right. Many more coming.

Virginia, this is NOT ok, we deserve secure elections! Why doesn’t AG Jay Jones want us to have that?
This is not even real… the Attorney General of Virginia just handed every registrar in the state a 10 page playbook on how to treat federal election law enforcement like the enemy, and he did it with the election less than three weeks out and early voting already running. Read what they are being told. Registrars can deny ordinary DOJ election monitors access to polling places, officials should ask federal agents to leave and call local police, and they are supposed to write down badge numbers, weapons, vehicles and movements while collecting complaints from voters who say the feds frighten them. Then on pages 8 and 9 they get coached to call attorneys about fighting federal subpoenas for election materials… and on page 3, almost like a footnote, Virginia has eliminated the ability to challenge a voter's qualifications at the polling place. So let me ask you. If your elections are clean, why are you building a file on the people checking them? Why do you take away the one Election Day safeguard citizens had to question an ineligible voter, and in the same breath train your clerks to stonewall federal investigators? Honest people open the doors and say come look. People with something to hide lawyer up before anyone has even knocked. And keep in mind who is running this. Jay Jones is the same guy whose own texts about a Republican colleague getting two bullets to the head blew up last year, and Virginia elected him Attorney General anyway. Now he wants your registrars treating federal agents as the threat while the bulletin itself does not identify one specific unlawful federal operation planned in Virginia. Not one. They are preparing for a fight nobody announced. I have watched this movie in Colorado for six years… when the people who run the elections spend more energy protecting the process from scrutiny than protecting your vote, you already know the answer to the question. That is the rot, a state election machine that sees oversight as an attack and treats the citizen voter as an afterthought. Make no mistake, federal law enforcement has real authority to enforce federal election law, and a state AG does not get to wish that away because he does not like who is asking. @realDonaldTrump, send the monitors to Virginia anyway and make Jay Jones explain on camera why he wants them locked out.

The federal investigation into Ilhan Omar’s finances will find tens of millions of dollars in reported valuations suddenly vanishing, tax troubles with state tax collectors, and companies reportedly taking in a lot of money suddenly collapsing after overstating their business activity. Having covered corporate accounting frauds at the Wall Street Journal, IRS frauds, and the subprime mortgage fraud crisis, it’s an understatement to say something is seriously off. In May 2025, Omar’s financial disclosures valued her husband Tim Mynett’s stake in Rose Lake Capital at $5M–$25M for calendar year 2024. It began operations in 2022. She also disclosed in Congressional records the value of his stake in their winery eStCru at $1M–$5M. The winery launched in 2020. But just a year earlier, she had reported the stake in Rose Lake Capital was worth only $1 to $1K, and eSTCru, $15K-$50K. Then came a major reversal. Just this year, Omar amended her 2024 and 2025 disclosures on March 26, changing both businesses’ asset values from millions of dollars to “None.” For 2024, Rose Lake income changed from “None” to $100,001–$1M; eStCru income changed from $5K–$15K to $2,501–$5K. For 2025, Rose Lake income changed to “None” and eSTCru income changed to $201–$1K. So what was going on at the businesses that were supposedly worth as much as $30M just two years ago? In November 2024, Rose Lake Inc.’s CEO, William Hailer, reportedly testified in a bankruptcy proceeding that the company had no money, assets or investments. Right as Omar's disclosure valued her husband's stake at up to $25M. Rose Lake Capital listed its headquarters at 80 M Street SE, Washington, D.C., a WeWork coworking location. There was no visible Rose Lake signage or staff. There are no SEC records that either her husband, his partner, or their investment firm were registered with the SEC as investment advisers. Its website boasted “deep global networks in more than 80 countries” when its D.C. WeWork office shared space with a Walmart operation and the American Trucking Assn. There was little to no public evidence of real business activity. No verifiable public track record of Rose Lake managing money for investors. No publicly disclosed clients, investment deals, or portfolios identified. Rose Lake’s public website removed the names and bios of its listed officers and advisers amid scrutiny. Omar’s husband Tim Mynett and his partner had little to no Wall Street experience. They had co-founded a political consultancy, where he helped raise more than $100M for Democrats and worked on Omar’s 2019 re-election. Her husband’s Rose Lake Inc. had to forfeit its registration in Delaware in 2024 for failing to pay the state a big $403K in back taxes, and for having no registration agent. This was right as Omar was claiming in her disclosures his stake was worth up to $25M from less than $1K a year before. How does a firm that is supposedly valued at that sum not able to pay its taxes? And Washington, D.C. also had cancelled its registration for Rose Lake Capital LLC, too, for failure to pay reportedly just $1,770 in back taxes. Another inconsistency: the Delaware entity is Rose Lake Inc., but Omar discloses it as Rose Lake Capital LLC. As for his winery where Omar suddenly valued his stake at $5M in 2024 up from $15K-50K just a year prior - there were wines marketed online, but no signs of a functioning winery facility, tasting room, or production operations at the supposed address. An investor had sued Mynett and his partner alleging they promised to triple his investment in the winery to $900K from $300K, but failed to deliver returns. He claimed in his suit “there is no legitimate business there.” The dispute was reportedly settled in November 2024. eStCru was subsequently dissolved in California in April 2026. #news #News @IlhanMN @GOPoversight @OversightDems @DHSgov @IRS_CI #BreakingNews‌ @AP @Reuters @EveningEdit @FoxBusiness @FoxNews @JudgeJeanine @CBSNews @ABC

This is going to keep happening until you start hanging them.
🚨JUST IN: A 27-year-old mom allegedly stabbed her husband and their 3-year-old son to death inside a hotel room at Great Wolf Lodge in the Poconos. Then she called 911 asking how to find the right vein so she could finish herself off. "My husband and son are already gone," she told dispatchers. "They're already gone, I'm sorry." Metallica Rose Harrison stabbed them both in the chest, police say. Her husband Charles was found on the mattress. Their little boy was found on the floor. Two knives were recovered from the bathroom. When cops arrested her, she refused to talk, saying she was "suicidal, not stupid." In the ambulance she told medics, "Every day, I work so hard to be the best person, the best mother, the best wife... I was supposed to have my happy family." Then she asked how deep her vein was so she'd know for "next time." The family had been staying at the resort since September 21st and had just extended their stay. She's now charged with two counts of criminal homicide. This exactly what I was afraid of after the Lindsay Clancy verdict. When a jury tells the world a mother can kill her children and walk away saying it was her mental state, that sends a message. Every mom who snaps now has a playbook, and I guarantee her potential lawyers are already studying it. Meanwhile, a wonderful 3-year-old boy and his dad are dead.

I live in the same Virginia as you do. I see the grocery bills going up. I also have to do a double take at the gas pump. My kids struggled to get into the housing market like so many other young people in Northern VA. I, too, saw more and more being taken out of my pay check, and then had to swallow the fact that our government allowed so much of it to go to fraud. I know we're not where we need to be or even where I want us to be as a country. But that does not mean we should stay home and hand the government over to the Democratic party. Take Virginia as a cautionary tale. Governor Spanberger ran on affordability, then turned around and rejoined the RGGI that increased our energy bills, approved to triple the salaries of VA General Assembly members, and has rolled out one taxpayer funded program after another. That is what happens when Democrats hold power: more government, more programs, and a bigger bill for us to pay. We've lived through the consequences of Democrat control. Even when former Governor Youngkin left Virginia a budget surplus, did things get more affordable? No. We can't let this same thing happen at the national level. That is exactly why I’m running. I will go to Congress to fight for tax relief for working families, root out fraud, cut wasteful spending, and work tirelessly to balance the budget and on bringing our deficit to $0. Washington can’t control every price, but it can stop making them worse by living within its means, stopping the waste, and letting you keep more of your paycheck. Virginia has shown us what happens when we hand over the keys, and I won’t let Washington follow suit. Early voting is open through October 31, and Election Day is November 3. Please don’t stay home. Your vote is how we fix this. - @VA_GOP @Virginia10GOP @LoudounGOP @LoudounGOPWomen @PWCGOP @fauquiergop

Contrary to a popular claim, war, torture, and slave-taking were not gifts of Europe. The school version of this continent as a peaceable kingdom until 1492 is not accurate and the pre-contact graves are older than that story. Crow Creek stands on the Missouri in South Dakota. About 1325 a town there was destroyed, and more than 480 men, women, and children were buried in a ditch. Most had been scalped. Many were mutilated. No European was within a thousand miles of that fight. The Haudenosaunee (ho-dee-no-SHO-nee), the League the English called the Iroquois, were the Mohawk, Oneida, Onondaga (on-on-DAH-gah), Cayuga, and Seneca in what is now upstate New York. The Tuscarora joined in the early 1700s. Their mourning wars ran on a debt. A death in the family had to be replaced. Warriors went for captives. Some were adopted and became kin. Some were tortured and killed. Jesuit missionaries, French Catholic priests sent into New France and the Haudenosaunee towns in the 1600s, described both. They were recording a practice already old. The people had not learned war from the Europeans. Farther west the Comanche (kuh-MAN-chee), who called themselves Numunuu (nuh-MUH-nuh), built a horse empire on the southern Plains in the 1700s and early 1800s. Raids fell on Apache, Pueblo, Spanish, and Mexican settlements. The people taken were kept, adopted, or sold. That trade had Native buyers and Native sellers. It was not a colonial invention with a Native mask. Scalping asks for the same honesty from the other side. Native people did not invent it. Herodotus, a Greek historian from Halicarnassus, in what is now Turkey, described Scythian warriors taking scalps in the fifth century BC. The Scythians were nomads of the Black Sea steppe, and he was describing a custom already old. Europeans did not invent it in America either, and they did not teach it at Crow Creek. What the colonies added was a price. Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania posted bounties in the 1600s and 1700s. French posts did the same. A cash reward spreads a practice. It does not create one. None of this cancels what was later done to Native nations. It cancels a smaller claim, that peace was the old rule and violence came off the ships. The image shows Crow Creek on the Missouri in South Dakota as the earth-lodge town would have looked about 1325, before the attack that left more than 480 people buried in the fortification ditch. Image: Grok.

🚨 Fox News shouldn’t assume the raid of Illhan Omar’s home is just an immigration matter simply because Homeland Security is involved, @FoxNews. Search warrants aren’t typically issued for immigration fraud. Homeland Security would be involved because she is foreign-born and allegedly sending money overseas. Remember what Scott Bessent was discussing months ago?👇🏻 Nevertheless, it’s wonderful news. Hoping for a long prison sentence before deportation. Happy Monday @Ilhan ‼️

For clarification purposes on immigration law and the search of Omar's residence for evidence relating to her father's asylum application in 1995: If Omar's father application included false information -- and it is nearly universally accepted that it did -- the immigrant visas issued to him and his family were void. Such individuals are thereafter classified as "inadmissible." Omar was later naturalized as a citizen. That can be undone. Substack article out in a couple of hours.

Stop treating VA-01 like a team sport and actually look at the two people running. I’ve met a lot of politicians. @ReElectWittman is one of the most normal, down-to-earth ones I’ve come across. He shows up, he explains his votes (even when I don’t agree with every single one), and he actually cares about the district. 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗖 𝗴𝘂𝘆. Shannon Taylor is the opposite. Soft on crime. She personally negotiated a plea deal so a NICU nurse who fractured the bones of multiple premature babies would serve only three years total. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗮 𝘄𝗶𝗻. That’s not the judgment I want in Congress. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿. Watch the interview and look at the records.
