Based on reporting from @Eleanor_Mueller and @BrendanPedersen today, it appears that a growing number of Senate Democrats who have been open to supporting the Clarity Act remain unhappy with where the ethics provisions stand.
Still no word from @RubenGallego or @Sen_Alsobrooks, who voted with Senate Banking Republicans in May to advance the bill out of committee on the understanding that stronger ethics provisions would be added before a floor vote.
@Jasper_Goodman reports that @SenGillibrand is encouraging her colleagues to vote yes tomorrow to get on the bill and continue the debate on the floor.
