When I was a kid my parents sneezed very loud. Now I have kids and I do that too. I guess that’s a part of being an adult.

While my wife and kids are still in Sweden for another two weeks, I’ve been very dedicated to my ”bachelor”-diet here in New York:
Breakfast: Milk and cereal.
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Sallad
Snack: Coffee
Dinner: Milk and cereal.
Repeat.
