I decided to go beyond tweets and make a video about what @Keryx_Labs is building.
Keryx is bringing AI inference to blockchain infrastructure, with encrypted inference and Proof-of-Model at the core.
Still early, still more to prove. follow @Keryx_Labs
Keryx ($KRX) H15 will be live next Friday, October 30, ~15:00 UTC.
Verifiable inference is here:
every AI response now commits to a full computation trace. Nodes audit the openings — untraced or failed answers get zero credit.
Also in H15:
• Per-block tasks bound to the actual model
• PoM v5
• Gentler Holder Miner Reward v3 (5% → 100% over 120 days)
• Better private inference key schedule • Smarter pruning + stricter P2P (peers <1.6.5 refused)
Mining is now tightly tied to real model execution.

Big pricing upgrade coming to Keryx:
Slash wants to switch from fixed $KRX prices to USD-pegged pricing.
How it works:
1.Protocol sets a stable $ price (e.g. $0.0005 for Tier 0).
2.Wallet checks the live KRX market price in real time.
3.Automatically converts the $ amount into the exact KRX quantity.
Example:
• KRX at $0.001 → you pay 0.5 KRX
• KRX at $0.002 → you pay only 0.25 KRX
• KRX at $0.0005 → you pay 1 KRX
Result:
→ Users & AI agents always pay a stable dollar cost
→ Miners still get paid in KRX (burn continues)
→ Inference never becomes absurdly expensive or dirt cheap just because of token volatility.
Today: fixed KRX price
Soon: fixed $ price that auto-converts to KRX
Smart. Clean. Agent-friendly.

Ethereum/Solana/Base bridges are coming.
Smart contracts on ETH SOL BASE will fire AiRequests straight into Keryx.
Miners answer on-chain.
Results stream back as callbacks.
Autonomous agents will start thinking with real uncensored models.
No middlemen. No centralized APIs. Just pure cross-chain intelligence.
The first true on-chain AI oracle is about to go multi-chain.
$KRX isn’t just mining AI anymore.
It’s about to become the brain every chain can call.
End of Keryx roadmap is near.
Including, in particular (in phase 6) :
A smart contract on Ethereum (or Solana, perhaps Base) will be able to send an AI request (AiRequest) to the Keryx network. A GPU miner will respond with an uncensored open-source model, and the result will then return via a callback to the original chain.
Better fill your bags now than to wait $0.0003 IMHO 😜

Most "AI crypto" runs the AI off-chain.
On Keryx, your question IS a transaction. A GPU miner answers with an open model, and the reply lands on-chain.
That's real on-chain AI. $KRX

📡 Cipher Signal #002 UPDATE — @Keryx_Labs is getting interesting.
One thing caught my attention: #DeepSeek V4-Flash, a 79 GiB model, reportedly answered its first prompt on Keryx testnet using 6 consumer GPUs across 4 countries.
No single card could hold the whole model.
That's a genuinely exciting experiment. Not because it proves distributed AI is solved - it doesn't - but because it shows what #Keryx is trying to build: independent miners contributing to a much larger inference pipeline.
And honestly, this is the kind of idea that got me interested in crypto in the first place. Not another token with a clever slogan, but a network trying to make its infrastructure do something useful.
Then came H14, bringing encrypted inference to mainnet. Requests and answers are sealed, responses are recorded directly on-chain, and pricing is fixed per model rather than growing with every chunk of generated text.
What interests me even more is the shift from a mining experiment toward an actual AI service.
Private conversations, predictable pricing, and AI features like chat memory and web search make $Keryx feel less like a technical demonstration and more like something people might actually want to use.
That's an important step. Building infrastructure is one thing. Making it useful to someone outside the mining community is another.
I also like what I'm seeing from the team. Open-source releases, fixes for specific models, improvements to inference reliability, and performance optimizations.
Not the glamorous stuff. Just the kind of work that matters when real hardware meets real software.
And that's what I respect about #Keryx: the ambition is backed by actual engineering.
Of course, distributed inference still has hard problems to solve. Network latency, unreliable shards, hardware limitations, and miner economics won't disappear just because the idea sounds good.
But I'd rather follow a team working through those challenges than another project promising to revolutionize everything before building anything useful.
The next challenge is simple to describe and much harder to solve: give people a reason to return, pay for inference, and keep miners profitable without depending on speculation.
That's the difference between a promising protocol and a lasting network.
I've been in crypto since 2013. I've seen enough cycles to know that enthusiasm is easy, execution is harder, and sustainable demand is the real test.
But I'll say this: I genuinely like what this team is building. And that's not something I say about many crypto projects anymore.
The combination of Proof-of-Model, decentralized AI infrastructure, and private on-chain inference is ambitious, technically distinctive, and worth following closely.
I'm not calling victory early. I'm here because I see potential - and I want to see how far this team can take it.
If #AI is smart enough to answer our questions, let's see if the economics are smart enough to pay the miners. 😏

The AI autonomous agents market is exploding — projected to soar from ~$8-15B today toward $100B+ this decade as agents handle real workflows, trading, and decisions 24/7.
But most agents still depend on centralized APIs that can censor, throttle, or shut them down.
Enter Keryx ($KRX): the first BlockDAG purpose-built for on-chain, uncensorable AI inference via Proof-of-Model. Agents pay in $KRX, GPU miners deliver sealed answers directly on-chain — no API keys, no kill switches.
As autonomous agents go fully on-chain (Ethereum, Solana & beyond), Keryx is positioned to become their native intelligence layer.
The agentic future needs sovereign AI. $KRX is building it on the blockchain.

An AI agent needs more than a wallet.
It needs access to intelligence.
A wallet lets an agent move money, but it doesn't give the agent the ability to reason, analyse data, compare options, or decide what to do next.
That raises an important question for the agent economy: where does the intelligence behind these decisions come from?
Today, many AI agents rely on external model providers to process requests. Their payments may happen on-chain, while their reasoning depends on infrastructure operating elsewhere, with its own costs, availability, and rules.
Keryx is exploring another approach: native AI inference requests and responses served by miners within its network.
The idea is to bring AI computation closer to the blockchain system itself, connecting inference with the network's infrastructure and incentives.
But this isn't about replacing every centralised AI API. On-chain inference can face trade-offs around speed, latency, and response length. Some workloads may benefit from it more than others.
The distinction matters:
Agent wallet → Enables payments
AI inference → Enables reasoning
Network infrastructure → Determines how that intelligence is delivered
As autonomous agents take on more complex tasks, the challenge isn't simply helping them move money. It's deciding how they access intelligence, where that computation happens, and how reliably the system supports their decisions.
The next phase of Web3 AI may depend on how well these pieces work together.
GPU mining has a verification problem when the resource being mined is AI compute.
Connecting GPUs to a network proves little about whether its mining mechanism is tied to the model resources that network depends on.
That distinction is where @Keryx_Labs takes a different approach with Proof-of-Model.
Its design uses a data-dependent walk through model-weight tensors, with proofs checked against model-specific Merkle roots.
This ties the mining process to model weights held in GPU memory, rather than treating GPU computation as an interchangeable resource.
The difference is in what the mining mechanism is built around.
Instead of focusing solely on computational work or access to hardware, Keryx connects mining to specific model resources.
That does not mean model possession proves inference correctness.
Verifying that weights are present and verifying that an AI system produces correct outputs are separate challenges.
But Proof-of-Model introduces a distinct approach to decentralized AI infrastructure: making model resources part of the mining mechanism itself.
The real question is how far that connection can go in aligning mining incentives with the resources an AI compute network needs.
