Great evening with our fantastic @LIMSLTU @latrobe colleagues at the @TheASMR1 Victorian Gala Dinner. Congratulations and thank you ASMR medallist @MattDun17 for a moving and inspirational talk!
One of our favourite areas of research over the years, red blood cell enucleation, the fascinating process by which red blood cells remove their nucleus. Here is a short explainer why we think it is so interesting and important! @LIMSLTU @latrobe latrobe.edu.au/news/announce…
For a more in depth look and the latest in this area, we also just published a beautiful little review with Lucas Newton and Velia Fowler on Red Blood Cell Enucleation in @J_Cell_Sci journals.biologists.com/jcs/…
Beautiful goal for Marcus on the weekend for Melbourne City FC academy! 🩵⚽️🔥💙🤍❤️
⚽️ Rahmani (7'), Humbert (51'), De Los Santos Myles (67').
Three cracking goals from our VPL1 side away to Preston made it four wins on the trot 🔥

A good plan from @CCguerilla guerillawarfare.net/post/i-h… + check out education.unsw.edu.au/news-e… + education.unsw.edu.au/news-e… - student grades are important but not in 1st year. Kane is right but making the change is a collective action problem so one has to get buy in to the philosophy – at Sydney, New South Wales

A four-hour loop of the #SolarEclipse2023 satellite imagery, as promised. Another interesting impact - temperature drops were recorded across #WA and the #NT due to the reduced incoming solar radiation!
