Devil's-bit Scabious & native heathers are among the most popular food plants for wild bees in September
Pollinators are in trouble mainly because of hunger. Native species like these provide pollen & nectar. Let them grow & feed our bees

Lovely to interview Christy Boylan in the Phoenix Park today for @DublinBookFest about his book The Parks and Gardens of Dublin. He finished by talking of the potential for Dublin to be a park city connecting people, wildlife and climate solutions with beautiful urban greening.

ALT Two people, Patrick Costello TD & Fiach Mac Conghail, CEO of The Digital Hub, are standing in front of a tall tower called St. Patrick's Tower. The tower is topped with a green copper dome and the sky is blue. Both Patrick & Fiach are standing in a relaxed pose and smiling.
Great to start soil preparation in Sean Treacy House in Dublin’s north inner city today. Thanks to Kieran, Sophie and Greg from @circlehousing and the young helper who is going to cater to the worms in their two new worm hotels.
