never thought I'd defend Google but I think it is a reach to call these "poisoned / fake" - they are different indeed but it is an algo under attack I cannot imagine the efforts they've had to take esp since the last 5 years everyone and their brother is scraping the entire web.
Most rank trackers use datacenter ips or some other non residential IP, Google sees this and shows non personalized results to those type of IPs.
