I had contacted @Uber_Support in 2023 due to an issue with my account. They said I had violated the terms and services, despite having never used it. Now they have re-reviewed the case and still claim I'm in violation - though they won't say what the violation is 1/2
Now I get a message saying "In a recent review of your account, we have found an activity that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
After careful consideration, we’ve determined that you’re no longer eligible to ride with Uber" even though I've never used it
So @Uber_Support - how can I speak to an actual agent to resolve this issue? I've never used your services and you have deemed I'm in violation but won't say why.
Hey @AirCanada - surprised to see your current safety video was filmed in and pays royalties to Disney corp. You couldn’t find any Canadian locations for this? Seems a bit tone deaf to say the least.

Hey @MapleLeafFoods your Tenderflake® brand lard says "pure lard" on the package, but it's not pure at all. It contains two additives (BHA and BHT) that are banned in Europe. When are you going to stop using these or remove the misleading "pure" from the label?

Oh come on @CBCNews "100 year ago no one would have known the name of the pope" - you should know that Canada's oldest newspapers date from 1752, and a radio station started in Montreal in 1918 plus the telegraph dates to around 1860. Photography was well established by 1925 too!
