Formal action would be great @KWinnerstrength - but if you're flying under the radar, then who is going to find you and deal with you if you've stolen your clients possessions or abused them whilst caring? God forbid it happens with PM24, but CQC would take action.

Absolutely @ashtonpeople. Care doesn't always go to plan even with a CQC-registered company, but you always have the peace of mind that there is oversight and regulations. With black-market carers, anything can happen and there is no come-back.

Genuinely doesn't bear thinking about. Choose CQC regulated companies such as Promedica24 and know that the carers are trained, DBS-checked, etc.etc.

Why on earth would you trust an unqualified carer to look after your loved ones... to ask them to deliver the most intimate, personal care and without having the training? Please CQC and the government - get a grip on this quickly!
