Today is my 4 Year Top Surgery Anniversary🥂 I wanted to say: If you are not trans, don’t fully understand it, or can’t even begin to grasp the concept, please know this; Transitioning saves lives. I remember 4+ years ago sitting down with my Mom and having to tell her that if I wasn’t able to transition, I couldn’t see myself living past 18. I am now 23, working my dream job, living with the love of my life, able to shower comfortably, hug my loved ones and wear clothes I love without feeling awful. You may not understand it, and you do not need to! But just from human to fellow human, this? It saves lives🏳️‍⚧️🤍
