To avoid catching others’ stress:
1. Write a 2-minute email praising someone you know
2. Write 3 things for which you’re grateful
3. Write for 2 minutes about a positive experience
4. Exercise for 30 minutes
5. Meditate 2 minutes

"...Anthony Albanese said it was important to have a consistent approach in terms of schools.
“If you think a decision is going to be made next week or the week after, make it today.

Oh my goodness. This is the most bizarre and blithering press conference I’ve watched. I’m beyond embarrassed and into genuine shame. Half berating and half bewildering self-justification of an absurd schools policy. I shouldn’t be, but I’m gobsmacked. #coronavirusaus #auspol

Who should challenge teachers? Nice post Greg, re Uber Drivers - ratio 1 passenger :1 driver for uninterrupted journey. Wish this was the case for educators. Important reminder to be open to dialogue & feedback. Should be both ways (parents too) #bluyonder bluyonder.wordpress.com/2018…

I’ve got 3 kids. I’m a trained teacher. I see them every day. 2 of them have GCSEs and A-levels in a few weeks. I have no idea at all what progress they are making. Yet Ofsted inspectors can do it in half a day for hundreds of kids. Wow. That’s talent.

Creativity needs freedom - in lots of ways.

Creativity don't need grading, it needs supportive formative assessment.
