$wyfi so I posed this earlier and nobody did any research? Well, I did …
I have been wondering about $btbt and Financière Marjos for a while. Looks like my hunches were right.
Read below for today’s news.

Bravo @JMilei!
Argentina’s monthly inflation went from 25.5% in Milei’s first month to 1.7% in August 2026.
As expected when government stops printing pesos to cover the deficit.
Fiscal surplus first, then prices stop sprinting.
The “experts” who called this “austerity theater” now have 33 months of INDEC data to explain away.

First of all, congratulations to Michael and the entire @WhiteFiber_ team. They have officially launched Project Redwood under its commercial name, WhiteFiber Continuum, delivering 136 TB per second of aggregate bandwidth and 0.9 milliseconds of round-trip latency across 83 kilometres. These are very impressive specifications.
We spoke with management about WhiteFiber’s strategy and build-out, and I want to explain the potential impact of this solution on the addressable supply of AI-ready power.
I recently shared that Anthropic and OpenAI are reportedly exploring smaller 20–30 MW deployments alongside their multi-hundred-megawatt and gigawatt campuses. We know that all these players are trying to bring compute online as quickly as possible, while not every workload needs to run at one physical location.
There are naturally far more industrial sites with smaller power connections than locations offering hundreds of megawatts, or even a gigawatt, in one place. The market for acquiring buildings with these smaller connections is therefore much larger.
With Continuum, WhiteFiber has, in my opinion, designed a smart solution for connecting these separate blocks and making them operate as one logical GPU environment. With 0.9 milliseconds of round-trip latency, multiple 20 MW locations could potentially be connected into a much larger logical cluster.
This could be an important step in a fragmented market of smaller locations, and it fits WhiteFiber’s wider strategy perfectly:
• Retrofit smaller industrial locations faster
• Expand through partner facilities, with Krambu as the first announced example
• Bring the cluster design, customers and operating expertise
• Connect owned and partner sites through Continuum
• Monetize capacity without needing to own every building itself
In my opinion, this creates a very fast time-to-power model. It also gives WhiteFiber the option to connect partner locations instead of only using each site on a standalone basis.
It connects WhiteFiber’s retrofit strategy, partner network, cloud platform and managed-services ambitions into one broader infrastructure model.
I think its current strategy aligns very well with what the market needs today, especially with long development lead times and growing community pushback against enormous data-center campuses.
I will be following this closely.
You can read the call with $WYFI management in comments👇 recommend it.

@DavidSacks WhiteFiber @WhiteFiber_ can help with this through their “Retrofit” of existing industrial abandoned buildings into AI Data Centers (Colocation & Cloud) 2x faster. And the local communities do not dislike WhiteFiber (Enovum), In fact it’s the opposite. I heard they received a standing ovation today during a Madison NC AI data center community informational meeting @WhiteHouse @realDonaldTrump know the good guys
Thanks to President Trump’s leadership on AI:
— a million new jobs have been created around the AI buildout;
— 401(k)s are up ~12% this year as AI capex and productivity lift the market;
— America is re-industrializing, including the first large private investments in power generation and the grid in a generation;
— In rural Richland Parish, Louisiana, teachers just received $50,000 bonuses from data-center tax revenue.
Because the media portrays AI only as a menace, people tell pollsters they “don’t like AI.” Their behavior says otherwise. AI products are the fastest-adopted technology in history — faster than the internet or the iPhone. People like the tools, the jobs, and the tax base.
President Trump understands the media hoax cycle better than anyone else. That is why he is refusing the “pause” that Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are demanding. A pause would not make America safer. It would hand the frontier to China. That would be a disaster for the American economy and for national security.
This is a summary of the cross data center tech developed by @WhiteFiber_, one of our friends and a $wyfi investor. Connect the dots from Redwood to Continuum.
$WYFI - I’m not a network engineer. I’m a retail investor who reads too much, follows breadcrumbs and tries to connect the dots.
So I spent far too long trying to understand what @WhiteFiber_’s Project Redwood could actually become.
My conclusion:
The interesting question isn’t whether Redwood can connect two GPU clusters - WhiteFiber has already demonstrated that core two-site principle.
The interesting question is what can be built on top of it.
I look at Redwood through three potential levels:
1️⃣ One operator, multiple sites
2️⃣ One customer, multiple infrastructure providers
3️⃣ Multiple providers + multiple customers operating under common technical and commercial rules
Levels 2 and 3 do not exist today. They’re my attempt to explore where the architecture could ultimately lead and what WhiteFiber would actually have to prove to get there.
I also look at Continuum, monetisation, neutrality, competitors, hardware compatibility, what could break the thesis, and the milestones I think investors should watch next.

My research, my interpretation, probably a few rabbit holes.
If you’ve read it, leave your thoughts…
Big thanks to the $WYFI OGs for the breadcrumbs, debates, pushback and moral support (especially on the red days). You know who you are. 🫡
And thanks to @MarkosAAIG for his $WYFI strategy paper, which sent my brain down a few more rabbit holes.

I assign essentially 0% probability that Anthropic or OpenAI will slow down frontier development in any meaningful way.
And that majority of the "regulation" they try making is regulatory capture to slow down competition.
1. Anthropic/OpenAI will not willingly hand over their lead to Gemini, xAI, Meta, or another frontier lab.
-> Elon will want a slowdown to catch up with OpenAI.
-> OpenAI will want a regulatory framework to slow down xAI + competition.
Every lab has an incentive to support rules that constrain competitors more than they constrain itself
2. The US is not going to meaningfully slow frontier AI development while China continues advancing. (as seen with Trump's post today about rejecting AI slowdown).
It would be probably the most flagrant national security risk if China leapfrogged the US in capability.
Especially when both sides have called frontier AI capabilities "cyber nuclear weapons"
3. China will not slow down frontier AI development. That is a given.
It will be theater if any of these parties agrees so publicly, because behind the scenes:
-> They'll likely keep on progressing, whether it's OpenAI, the US Government, or China.
If they wanted to slow down, they could have done so themselves at any point in time:
Yet everyone is still fighting over the scarce resources to run AI as seen with memory procurement from Samsung going all the way to 2031.
Or the $NVDA / $AVGO supply constrained 70-100%+ Y/Y growth protections.
So I suggest people unfollow the clowns on X that predict AI stocks from $NVDA to $TSM to $MU will crash for engagement.
All this does is cause retail to panic short term and hand over the keys to the kingdom over to others.

WhiteFiber Management Call: The Focus on Strategy and Execution
This week, as promised, we are releasing our full @WhiteFiber_ management call analysis for everyone to read. We had a very constructive conversation with Michael Francisco, Vice President of Cloud Services, and Cameron Schnier, Senior Vice President of Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy.
I know the WhiteFiber retail community has been highly anticipating this one. $WYFI
We went into the call wanting to understand how the different parts of WhiteFiber fit together and what kind of company management is actually trying to build over the long term. We also wanted to discuss the broader market and what is currently happening across the data center space. This gives us an even deeper understanding of companies we have already followed for a long time, including Nebius and IREN.
We discussed everything from the strategy behind NC1, NC2 and NC3 to colocation, financing, WhiteFiber’s efforts in cloud and managed services, the Token Factory it is building, and the partnerships management wants to use to scale faster.
This call gave us much more than an update on individual projects. It gave us a clearer view of the model management is building.
In short: own selected strategic sites, create stable colocation income, selectively deploy cloud capacity, and scale beyond the company’s own balance sheet through managed services and partner locations.
This was a good conversation to pick management’s brain about WhiteFiber’s strategy, while also testing our own view of where neoclouds and the broader AI infrastructure market are heading against Whitefibers model.
A very good conversation and, in my opinion, a highly complete write-up for anyone who wants to understand what WhiteFiber is trying to build looked trough my strategic lens. 17 pages of company insights!
Enjoy!

Fair question. Bit Digital still owns the ETH and retains the price exposure. It was pledged as collateral, not sold. Bit Digital borrowed against it at approximately 5.45% and extended a secured facility to WhiteFiber at 9.5% plus fees. WhiteFiber is majority-owned by Bit Digital. The facility gave WhiteFiber bridge capital for NC-1 Phase 1 pending permanent financing, as well as other growth initiatives. Bit Digital earns a return on the capital and retains the majority of WhiteFiber’s equity upside.
I understand the related-party concern. The transaction was approved by independent committees of both boards, and separate financial advisors provided fairness opinions covering each company and its unaffiliated minority shareholders. This was a specific bridge, not a recurring model for deploying Bit Digital’s treasury. Full terms are in the 8-K.

Depending on your interest, some months matter more than others. For basketball fans, March is for March Madness. For the $WYFI investor, September seems to be a month that can change the next 12-24 months of the business, and my friend @OnlyKlans1 put a timeline to watch.
$WYFI read through for the $100B+ contracted Nscale revenue means permanent financing is basically just a formality of crossing Ts & dotting Is - a “when” rather than “if” scenario.
Shorts can have fun while it lasts. I’m patiently waiting on IPO details and with the following dates in mind, looks like mid-September is when the fireworks commence 🧨🎇🎆
Until then I’ll be adding more 🤑

WhiteFiber: two new AAIG deep dives are now live.
We have followed (and invested) in the neocloud and AI infrastructure market for some time, including companies such as $NBIS and $IREN , but also across the stack with Celestica. That wider perspective that we have and continue to strenghten made this call valuable beyond $WYFI itself: management’s commentary also gave us a clearer view of where customer demand is moving and how the broader market is developing.
01 | MANAGEMENT CALL + STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
17 pages of our complete WhiteFiber management-call write-up, combined with our analysis of management’s commentary and the company’s positioning.
We cover WhiteFiber’s capital strategy, the Token Factory, its growing partner model, Project Redwood and how these different parts could fit together over the longer term.
02 | INSIDE NC1: AN DC ENGINEER’S REVIEW
WhiteFiber also recently released new footage from NC1.
Our data center engineer reviewed the video step by step, examining what the footage reveals about the liquid-cooling system, power infrastructure, rack deployment and overall progress of the build.
So all angles✍️
Both articles are now available to AAIG members. Link in bio!
Think this will explain why you should dont look short term price action and understand where $WYFI will be 1-2yrs from now.
WhiteFiber strategy - management call
Our full write-up from our management call with $WYFI is coming up.
We took a deep dive in the call wanting to better understand WhiteFibers strategy in putting together a much broader AI-infrastructure portfolio. Current market sees imo just a retrofit player.
At owned sites, WhiteFiber can earn long-term colocation revenue and selectively deploy its own cloud infrastructure.
Through partners such as KRAMBU, it can also enter sites it does not own bringing the cluster design, GPUs, customers and operating expertise. This is something i specifically like because in my opinion strategic partnerships with parties like KRAMBU are underutilized.
On top of that, management is working towards what it calls a Token Factory: a standardized software and operating environment capable of supporting different customers and workloads across multiple locations.
Targeting 500 MW PER YEAR in 2030 and global presence. (Ambition not guidance to be clear)
we connected all the different parts like:
• Project Redwood
• The Token Factory they are building
• KRAMBU and the wider partner strategy
• Powered sites WhiteFiber does not need to own
• Managed services and selective GPU ownership
• The relationship between customers, OEMs and NVIDIA
• The long-term balance-sheet strategy
• market demand and customer strategy
Individually, these “projects” are interesting. But together, they show where WhiteFiber may ultimately be heading and why the company could scale very differently from what the market currently sees.
Again this call gave us more insight in the Neocloud market as a whole and how customer demand looks in terms of services for all parties like $IREN and $NBIS and where the value capture sits.
Full article coming soon. 17 pages of breaking down the strategy.
