Participation from the #NEAR community in the NDC has been abysmal. It doesn’t seem right to create the framework for a massive community governed initiative right now The focus should be towards onboarding and retaining users, devs, etc. @NEARFoundation can’t pawn that off yet

🧡 /1 We need to focus on both attracting builders & users at the same time. People need to be incentivised to become a part of this ecosystem whether it is as a builder or as a user. Currently there are hardly any incentives for builders and probably even less for users.
