Strange feeling: finding out an album you love was made with AI music models (Suno, Udio, Lyria) and with no people playing instruments.
I play music. I listened for months and had no idea.
The top 1% of AI music is getting scary good.

42 U.S.C. § 1983 lets you sue anyone who, while acting under color of state or local law (including a statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage of a state, territory, or D.C.), violates your rights under the U.S. Constitution or federal laws.
The person can be held liable in a civil action for damages or other relief. There is a limit on getting an injunction against a judge for acts done in their judicial capacity unless a prior declaratory judgment was violated or unavailable.
In short, it’s the main federal statute people use to hold state and local officials accountable for constitutional violations.

BREAKING: This person made millions.
Someone bought $13K of Intel $INTC puts yesterday afternoon, hours before earnings. They’re now worth about $1.8 million.
The $68 puts expiring today were 25% out of the money and cost $0.03 each. About 4,400 contracts traded, 90% at the ask. After Intel’s earnings, the puts hit $4.05, roughly a 135x gain (+13,400%).

This Hermes update is honestly kind of wild.
Hermes now gets its own computer.
It can now:
• Run on its own Linux, Mac or Windows machine
• Write files and run code without touching your laptop
• Run 2 agents side by side
• Let you watch live and take over the mouse
• Throw the whole computer away when the job's done
Free, open source, and set up in 3 steps.
AI agents don't need your computer anymore.
They have their own.
Your team and your Hermes can now share a computer.
The new @trycua Spaces plugin gives Hermes its own Linux, macOS, or Windows Space on hardware you already own. Anyone on your team can open it, watch live, step in, and hand it back while Hermes keeps working.

We believe voice is the most natural way to interact with intelligence, so we created Dessa, the most authentic full-duplex speech model ever built. Talking with it feels like talking with a person…full of emotion, nuance, pauses, and a natural cadence.

🇺🇸 Jack Dorsey’s new AI voice model Dessa is absolutely insane.
There is no way to distinguish it from a human, man … crazy.
Thats kinda cool, but many people will get attached to it and isolate from real humans even more. Many will get scammed on the phone, especially grandpas and grandmas.

Legal fine print is about to lose its biggest weapon: intimidation. And it's about time.
Grok Bot can now go through contracts, leases, and legal documents, flagging hidden fees, tricky clauses, and details you might have missed.
It can even help draft a dispute letter or suggest better contract terms.
People sign agreements without fully understanding what they're agreeing to, because making sense of all that legal jargon is one hell of a schlep.
Grok Bot actually enjoys digging through all that.
@Grok @Bot @spacexai / Writer: Annette, Designer: Janné
Grok @Bot is great for reviewing any legal docs, like contracts or estate planning.
Just drop in the file and Bot figures it out.
