Bryan Wainwright is back in police custody in Brattleboro, Vermont.
After a recent arrest involving an allegedly stolen bicycle, Wainwright was released on bail. Police say he was subsequently found in possession of a wallet allegedly stolen from a firefighter's vehicle, along with fentanyl.
Wainwright now faces charges including trespass to a motor vehicle, theft from a motor vehicle, possession of fentanyl, and violation of conditions of release.

All individuals charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The investigation is ongoing.

Firefighters used firefighting foam to extinguish the flames. One person was reported injured, and the driver was transported from the scene by ambulance.

🚨 HIGH-RISK SEX OFFENDER RELEASED IN BRATTLEBORO, VERMONT 🚨
Brian Tinker, 67, is expected to be released October 17 after serving time for serious sexual offenses.
Tinker has prior convictions involving sexual assault of a vulnerable adult and lewd and lascivious conduct with a child under 16.
Authorities have identified him as high-risk, with concerns involving treatment noncompliance. Following his release, Tinker is expected to be living in the community without correctional supervision, although sex offender registration requirements remain in effect.
The question for Vermonters: Is the public being adequately protected?
Tinker is not currently wanted for a new offense.

Brattleboro, Vermont — Police responded to a reported physical altercation outside Staples plaza. Following an investigation, Kim Soto was arrested for allegedly assaulting a man and for disorderly conduct.
During her mother’s arrest, her daughter tried blocking my camera before knocking it to the ground. Officers immediately placed her in cuffs for disorderly conduct.
