If you’re in outreach and you’re aware of a job coming up, @BBoulderstone – a fabulously talented science communicator who has worked both on the Planeterrella and on projects of her own devising – is currently available for hire and you should hire her.
We have a poster summarising the key engagement statistics from our @STFC_Matters grant in the poster hall this afternoon at #NAM2019 – it’s poster 16. Come say hi! #MISTPE
If you’re at #NAM2019 this week, there’s a session convened by @johncoxon @helen_hm11 @rwwalsh @martinarcher Tuesday morning on public engagement through the solar system – see you all there!
We’re on the STFC website! Thanks to @STFC_Matters for featuring us 😀

Excitingly, the museum is celebrating the return of #Soyuz and the 50 years of the Moon landing with Summer of Space, a summer-long packed programme of events, family festivals and more: bit.ly/2HLymTd

We are at #SOTSEF today telling people about the aurora and the northern lights! We’re on the foyer level of Building 46 and we’d be thrilled to have you visit!
This academic year sees a new phase of the gender stereotyping pilot project #SEPnetOPE
It’s really great to see how much of the day is focusing on engaging people in schools! #SEPnetOPE

Now listening to @Dr_Heather_C talking about shattering stereotypes in Physics #SEPnetOPE
Hearing about tackling gender stereotyping in schools at #SEPnetOPE now. Targeting Year 8 students in schools initially and then moving onto a careers evening involving parents, too.
Love that the example in the Connect Physics handbook is plasma-focused! #SEPnetOPE
