We helped companies build their teams, met hundreds of brilliant designers, and made a lot of introductions that turned into something meaningful. Along the way, we learned something pretty simple: The best design hiring starts before there’s a job to fill. And it works best when people are actually known, not just “sourced”. Eventually, it stopped making sense to keep that network inside PERMANENT. So we made it its own thing. Too many founders and designers who would be great together never cross paths.
