But yeah we won’t do anything about this issue right @starmagicphils? Because you never do anything for Donny and Belle. We are just gonna forget this and continue with life.

i meannnn, hindi dapat gender-exclusive yung respect. if vg can call out the sexualization of anne curtis, she should be able to call it out when it happens to donny too. u cant preach abt respect and bodily autonomy tapos selective lang pala kung sino ang deserving ror
Oh di ba? When Ion was mentioned wag na isali, nadamay pa si Belle when in the first place this whole discussion wouldn’t even happen if not for that interview in GGV. If sana may respeto ang mga wala sana tung discussion nato.

i’m sorry but i can’t shake this off. the more i think about it, the weirder it gets. imagine being a female celebrity and finding out that a man went on national tv to talk about dreaming of having sex w you, getting into the details, being asked if he finished, and having the entire thing played for laughs. would we really be this casual about it? ano, kase it’s not that serious? kj ko naman? oa ko?
and before anyone says it was just a dream, obviously people don’t choose what they dream about. that’s not the point. having a dream and choosing to make its intimate details about a real person public entertainment are two separate things. the fact that it was treated as a funny little anecdote instead of something worth questioning is what makes it uncomfortable.
i’m not a prude, and i’m not particularly interested in defending men for the sake of defending men, but basic respect shouldn’t depend on someone’s gender. yuck. so disappointing.

Stop normalizing and excusing behavior that would be condemned if the roles were reversed...

lala ppl were really comfortable sexualizing celebrities publicly nowadays no? babae or lalaki, they are starting to cross the lines and it’s disgusting.
weird and cringey.
The last time this happened to him the person did not even apologize and everything was just forgiven and forgotten because it was just humor.

we as a society should accept that women, more often than not, can do wrong.
watch them call u misogynistic for pointing things out and "men cannot be oppressed" becomes an excuse to silence criticism.

Not even a year ago you were doing this to shade Bong Suntay after his nasty comments towards Anne Curtis (he deserves all the hate btw) but how come you let those things be said about your friend Donny @vicegandako
And was that question even necessary? And the whole GGV team also had time to review the footage. No one even thought na maybe this part isn’t right? @abscbnggv. And to @babydollsofc I hope you NEVER experience what you did to others.
Respect is so easy to give.

This man is very decent and educated to be in this kind of context. Ginawa pang laughing stock. Imagine if the situation was reversed. Double standard. Tsk.
