Today I found @pipedream, and on the free version, in about 15 minutes, I built...
iPhone Action Button
-> Voice record
-> Dump MP3 to Microsoft One Drive folder
-> Speech-Text API from Deepgram
-> Summarize content into title by ChatGPT
-> Gmail myself
-> -> Subject -> Voice Memo: {{title}}
-> -> Body: {{voice content}}
-> ->Attachment: mp3 file
Now anytime, anywhere, driving - whatever, I'm one button away from saving a thought I have (I do this a lot while I'm driving) straight into my gmail inbox - which is really my life manager.
I'll be upgrading and transferring all my workloads from IFTTT and Zapier.

@pipedream I asked ChatGPT to make me a meme to symbolize my frustration and the solution yesterday, figured someone there might also enjoy it.

Helpful small automation w/ @pipedream .
For any new meeting, it will create a new item in my Meetings @NotionHQ database and add details like time and attendees. If the attendees are not in my personal CRM, it will add them too.
Nothing too fancy, but it saves me a bit of time and clicks.

i love @pipedream because you can connect python so easily once you spend about 10-20 hours in platform
beats all other "no code" platforms API connectors
also has logging of events which is super useful again once you figure that out

My new favorite automation tool is Pipedream.
It’s kind of Zapier for people with some level of coding.
With the new integrations coming in continuously, you can even use it without any coding experience.
And it's much more affordable!

I used to hate webhooks. Today, they power most of my marketing ops stack.
So what changed?
Thinking about webhooks as any event-driven work that needed a centralized hub for testing and observability, like @pipedream.

Video thumbnails should be complimentary to a video's title and contents…
But, do users really have to manually create a new thumbnail each time they upload a new video?
This week, let's see what kind of automated thumbnail workflow we can build with the help of Sharp.js and @pipedream

ALT An image split into two halves. The left side features a light background with text that reads, "AI generated video thumbnails with Sharp & Pipedream," followed by a "LIVE STREAM" button, and details of an event "MAR 21, 11AM PST/2PM EST at MUX.LINK/TV". The right side has a dark background and displays a code snippet with JavaScript using the 'sharp' library to manipulate an image stream, with commands like resize and composite that include inputs like person, personStroke, videoTitle, duration, and playIcon. The bottom right corner has the logos for "Pipedream" in a teal rectangle and "Mux" in white letters.
