I use @XBOX cloud frequently on my handhelds or when I don't want to download a 100gb+ game. I still probably only hit half the cap on this new plan...that being said this change is 🐂 💩
In the press release they say it affects 4% of users, so why even make this change if it's such a small percentage? You could just let that 4% do their thing and the rest of us would be none the wiser. This is a PR hit when you guys were on a massive upswing and for no reason.
If you absolutely have to limit cloud time, do it on the lower tiers but Ultimate should still be uncapped as a perk, now I'll be less inclined to use a service you offer because I don't want to hit that cap

I’m not much of a Cloud Gaming user myself, so I rely on your voices as well. Personally, I think Game Pass Ultimate subscribers — Xbox‘ most premium costumers — need (much) more monthly hours in particular.
Beginning in November, Xbox Cloud Gaming will have monthly hour limits.
Game Pass plans will include a set number of cloud gaming hours each month:
• Game Pass Ultimate: 15 hours
• Game Pass Premium: 10 hours
• Game Pass Essential: 5 hours
Also beginning in November, players will be able to purchase cloud playtime hours without Game Pass.
