This is one of the most appalling employment tribunals I've reported on. Bosses at a baby scan clinic racially harassed a Nigerian sonographer. They threatened to end her immigration sponsorship if she didn't do as she was told. It wasn't a case about just one bad clinic...

Difficult material to present @HEE the realities of Global Majority @thecsp colleagues experiences to consultant level practice. The enduring social wrong of structural racism. Organisations & those in positions of power can act now by reflecting honestly on the status quo
