The character unlock system in Deadlock needs to be changed. I understand the reason for requiring players to have experience with a hero before using it in Ranked but the current requirement creates a lot of unnecessary time and frustration. Full post is in the image attachment.

2 months in: ik u have to play standard for unlocking heroes but having the "ranked grinders" in the same game as people trying new heroes/builds is so miserable. hearing these dorks pull up people's statlocker and flame over negative kda & crying in vc LOLLL😭Instant Muted Bro.

i'm mixed on not having ff in standard deadlock matches - people create their own forfeit mechanic by not interacting with anyone, troll building, or dying asap / soft inting which is far worse and more of a waste of time than just having an ff button. standard mode unplayable rn

the fly can play deadlock I've successfully trained the MaleCNS v1.0 fruit fly connectdome's 166,700 neurons using YOLOv5 and video pretraining data to play deadlock in a keyboard environment with attention-based aiming. The fly has found the most success on Graves. #deadlock

Valve devs 🤝 Acting like no one has made a ranked system before Idk why they fail to make a proper ranked queue in literally every single game they’ve ever made, if they just copy pasted val or league’s ranked systems (still flawed btw) their games would instantly be 15x better
