I have cut down my Claude and Codex plans so I will have less limits. I am creating a schedule to follow rather than being frantic all the time. That’s it for now, will adapt as I move along.

I stopped *everything*...for a month! 😵‍💫 My brain was fried trying to keep up with all the latest things going on in our field for months after months 🙃 It was super fun, adrenaline spikes were high, I was always awake and thinking about how to keep my agents busy, and whatnot! Until it was not anymore...anxiety all the time, FOMO all the time, life was becoming hell! So I took a break! I did not fire up any agents, did not work on a side project, did not clone another SaaS to save $$...just some occasional chit-chat on ChatGPT! Results? I have a great mood, great energy, great focus! Time to get back at it again, but with less anxiety 😌

Simple yet powerful... it took me years to be comfortable accepting my mistakes!
It’s never too late to admit you made a mistake. It’s more powerful to admit a mistake, than to persist when everyone else knows it’s a mistake. It’s a mistake either way, but only one way means you’re either oblivious or disingenuous.

Jason Cohen wrote a book – that should be enough information to rush to the checkout page! Go get your copy, the world can wait!
After more than a year of labor, my book 𝘏𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘔𝘶𝘭𝘵𝘪𝘱𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘳𝘴 has launched! It's all my best ideas -- and best writing -- on how to grow your company with your existing budget and team. And yes, I read the audiobook myself. :-) 𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁: You can buy cheaper bundles directly from me -- Kindle and Audiobook, or those plus the physical book -- from hiddenmultipliers.com 𝗕𝘂𝘆 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻: It is available in paperback, Kindle, and Audible: tinyurl.com/hiddenmultiplier… 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀: Skills that implement the ideas in the book as well as articles, more added all the time, at skills.asmartbear.com/ I'm so proud of this and grateful to the many people who helped along the way, reading early drafts, challenging my ideas, and encouraging me to do it, and the 750 people who preordered the book, trusting that it would be worth it. All your feedback and ideas are welcome, as usual! (P.S. You know this already, but 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝘀 and 𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀 is extremely appreciated!)

This is sleek! Kudos to @tomgreenwald and the @usemagnitude team for making it so simple to get started! Honestly, this is the first time I thought of running a local model 😌
Introducing Magnitude: your actually local agent 100% private and offline. No token costs, no API keys. Open source. Today's agents are local. The model isn't. Every prompt, every file, every secret gets sent straight to Anthropic and OpenAI. Magnitude is built around local models and runs the whole stack itself. The inference engine is part of the agent, so the models run inside it, right on your computer. It lives in your terminal, and setup is one command. Magnitude profiles your hardware and shows you which models fit, with the trade-offs between quality, speed, and memory. Pick one and start working. No painful config or server to babysit. Out of the box, it can use your shell, edit files, and run scripts. Add skills and it can work with Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs or Chrome. Use it for everyday work: - Analyze sensitive data - Manage private notes - Review code and logs - Search and organize files - Build docs or slides npm i -g @magnitudedev/cli GitHub: github.com/magnitudedev/magn…
