For whatever reason I just stumbled across the fact that one of the donation telephone numbers for Live Aid back in 1985 was in fact the Swap Shop studio 'phone in' number ... who knew!

Stay away from @O2 kids, they're unbelievably inept at the moment. For some reason they sent me some AirPods out of the blue, charged me for them and now won't refund me, even though I sent them back. To be fair, it's an innovative retail strategy.

I genuinely love @thortful as a business but surely delivering birthday cards on time is part of the deal for a company that specialises in birthday cards. All a bit 'thortless' if you ask me.
