Buddha taught that real liberation comes when we free ourselves from craving, anger, and attachment. A calm, disciplined mind doesn’t react, it observes, understands, and rises above. In letting go, we don’t lose, we gain peace.
True freedom isn’t about breaking chains outside it’s about releasing the ones within.

The best way to be miserable is to get involve into politics and waste hours watching useless debates on news channels.
You have a mobile. Use it to read news.
Wasting time is not a habit, it is in your character and personality.
If you get 200 years to live, most of you will waste another 100 years.
Your first goal should be to get control of your mind and health. Everything else will follow to a right mind and a healthy body.
For mind : Read books. There is no good time to start reading.
For health : Exercise and eat healthy. Avoid sugar and oil.

Strongest top 20 Power sutras (Wisdom) of Chanakya who was a great Indian teacher, philosopher, economist who made Kings out of normal men.
If you want to learn power dynamics and become wiser this thread is for you.
The only thing which needed is sincerity towards your goal.
When you know your “Why”, you can deal with any “How”.
A settled businessman won't judge you for starting a business.
A pro mathematician won't judge you for not getting those equations right.
A pro boxer won't judge a skinny guy who says "I wanna be the best boxer".
Right people will never judge you.
Don't take those who are just standing and watching seriously.
If you think you have enough time, this is for you:
The average person lives till 75.
remove ( 15 years when you were young and lacked understanding)
remove (10 years of your old age when you won't be able to do anything)
Remaining : 50
Out of these 50 how many have you wasted till now, in your 20s, 30s, deduct that.
On an average you just have 10-20 years to do something fruitful.
Look back everything passed in a blink of an eye.
Don't live like an immortal.
There is not much time on this planet.
