I've been a paid professional artist for almost two decades now and not once have I given a shit about ai. I don't give a shit about it now, and I won't tomorrow. Art is art. Democratization of art is art. Clueless people making beautiful things is art. Technology MEANS ART.

Why do I care about this? Because it's so intellectually creatively and emotionally lazy to spend any energy on spite against an inevitable future. People thought 'photoshop' was cheating at photography twenty years ago. Same with auto tune. Now they are tools for every artist.
Admit you're scared of being replaced by a robot and deal with, don't shame people for paying money for products better than what you turn out. Turn out better projects that demonstrate a transcendence of the technological or admit you're just cranky you're useless now

Writing shit is THE EASY part of being a writer. Getting someone TO READ AND CARE ABOUT IT is the hard part.
