ถูกต้องเลยนะตามที่พูด กินโซเดียมไปเยอะ ต้องอัดโพแทสเซียมไปไล่โซเดียม ส่วนตัวนี่จะกิน น้ำมะพร้าว + กล้วยหอม สองอย่างนี้โพแทสเซียมเยอะจริง แต่ระวังกล้วย กินเยอะไม่ดี น้ำตาลสูง 1-2 ลูกก็พอ ส่วนน้ำมะพร้าวก็เอาสูตรไม่เติมน้ำตาล หรือง่ายสุดก็ดื่มน้ำเปล่าเยอะ ๆ แต่ไม่ลดเร็วเท่าสองอันแรก

อย่างแรกที่ผมสังเกตได้เลยคือแม่งลื่นกว่า tradingview เยอะมาก
คือปัญหาหลักๆที่ผมเจอกับ tdvเลยคือมันอืดๆ ไม่ว่าจะใช้แอพหรือใช้บน browser มันจะให้ความรู้สึก lag นิดๆ พอมาลองบน openmarket แล้วลื่นหัวแตก
ซึ่งจริงๆมันอาจจะเปนที่ animation ของ UI ก้ได้นะ perfermance จริงๆอาจจะไม่ได้ต่างกันมาก แต่แค่จุดเล็กๆนี้แหละผมว่า user แม่งสัมผัสได้
ส่วนฟีเจอร์อื่นๆที่ผมชอบแล้วใช้หลักๆ
- trading session time
- premium indicator (อันที่ต้องจ่ายตังบน tdv)
ที่ผมใช้หลักๆมีแค่ heatmap liquidation บน hyperliquid พอมันมา show อยู่บน chart หลักก้สะดวกดีไม่ต้องสลับไปดูที่ coinglass ละ
- Major economic events
อันนี้ผมว่าดีมากๆ บางทีชอบลืมเนื่องจาก event แม่งถี่จัดๆ อันนี้มันมองเห็นง่ายดี
ออกตัวก่อนว่าผมไม่ได้ ดูกราฟ day trade นะ ผมดูแค่ overview update market ไรงี้ ดังนั้นมันใช้ indicator ไม่เยอะ แบบฟรีมันให้ใส่ได้สามอัน
ใครใช้ indicator เยอะๆอาจจะไม่เหมาะ
ไปลองใช้กันดูได้งับ

Please welcome to my blog Kemal Akkoyun, who works at Datadog and helps maintain otelc, OpenTelemetry's compile-time instrumentation tool for Go. Today he shows how to take part in a Go build without patching the compiler.
The way in is `go build -toolexec`. Every compile, asm and link run goes through a program you pick, which gets the tool's path and arguments. From there, Kemal builds up step by step, first watching, then rewriting, and going down all the rabbit hole until he end up explaining how otelc does it.

ถ้าจะใช้ Claude แก้เอกสาร หยุด upload เอกสารขึ้น claude แล้ว prompt ให้มันแก้ก่อนที่ token จะหมด กระเป๋าฉีก
ให้ใช้ Add-in Claude บน Microsoft Office app แต่ละตัว (มีทั้งแบบ web และแบบ app บนเครื่อง)
วิธีนี้จะแก้เอกสารได้ไวกว่า 100 เท่า และประหยัด token กว่า 10 เท่า โดยเราจะแก้ไปมาอย่างไร Claude ก็ไม่อ่านเอกสารทั้ง file ยิ่ง powerpoint ที่ภาพเยอะๆ Claude มันจะไล่เฉพาะหน้า และไม่เอาภาพมาปนถ้าไม่จำเป็น

ใจความสำคัญ
- เครื่องมือแบบ Grok bot / Cursor Project ทำให้ AI แต่ละตัว ทำงานแยกส่วนกันได้ เหมือนสายพานในโรงงาน เลยเรียกว่าเป็น software factory หรือ Lauren จะเรียกแบบน่ารักกว่าว่าเป็น Michelin kitchen
- การจะทำให้ AI Agent ทำงานเองได้แบบใช้คนน้อยมาก เป็น software factory คือ สร้าง verification tool (เครื่องมือในการตรวจเช็ค) เพื่อให้ AI ตรวจงานของตัวเองได้
- ทิปการทำให้ AI สร้าง PR ได้ไว ๆ (คุณ Lauren บอกว่าปั่นได้ 2500 PR / เดือน) คือ ต้องมี AI ที่คอยจับข้อมูลทุกชั่วโมง / ทุกวัน
เช่น เคสของคุณ Lauren มี Grok bot สำหรับจับข้อความใน Slack เวลามีคนแจ้งปัญหามา แล้ว AI จะรับเรื่องไปเขียนโค้ด สร้าง PR ไว้เลย
อีกอย่างที่น่าสนใจ คือ คุณ Lauren บอกว่า ช่วงแรก ๆ เราจะต้องดูว่า AI ทำอะไรบ้าง เพื่อจะได้บอกมันให้แก้ไข
แต่ช่วงหลัง ๆ เมื่อเราเชื่อใจ (trust) AI มากขึ้น เราให้มันทำงานอัตโนมัติ รีวิวโค้ดอัตโนมัติได้เลย
