As a business owner I have a legal responsibility to protect clients from COVID or face closure. Yet our #Government have failed the public by continuing to allow flights into the country to help the spread of the new Indian variant. Absolute shambles.

If we really are going into another #UKlockdown then the #UKGovernment need to ensure the same support mechanisms such as mortgage, loan and card payment holidays are available. Especially if furlough is reduced. The public shouldn’t be penalised for a government shutdown.

There are 68 million people in this country and 302k confirmed cases. There’s also around a 93% recovery rate. These restrictions are all to make the government look like they have this under control. It’s a fucking joke and all about control than the virus
6 weeks since I applied for a business interruption loan with #hsbcukbusiness and still no support. I’ve queried this numerous times and still receiving false promises of call backs. Your treatment of businesses during this crisis is nothing but appalling.
