Steelers& Saints players should refuse to go to Paris. And if fans go, they’re incredibly stupid. You’d be going into the middle of mass violent conflict to watch a football game. Morons.

To run Skubal, Yamamoto, Snell & Glasnow out to the mound as your starting pitchers and get swept in 4 is absolutely ridiculous.

Attendance: 49.104. The Dodgers have the biggest seating capacity in MLB, but have failed to sell out any of their four postseason games at Dodger Stadium

34 years ago tonight was one of the worst moments in Pgh sports history. And it wasn't because Barry Bonds made a bad throw. Want to see the real reason? Give me a minute,

Tirico's question has obviously already been answered. For FBS football & D1 hoops, we have professional sports teams who's only connection to the college is the location of of the stadium and the uniforms.

Hi Ted……
This raid on Rep Omar’s home is an outrageous abuse of power by ICE. Rep Omar has been a U.S. citizen for 26 years. She came to the United States as a child, and was legally admitted as a refugee. Rep Omar will win this case. Rep Omar will not be silenced.

CBS missed the real news here: progressive DA Pamela Price let the perpetrator walk free (with 1 day in jail and just $7k fine). And I am among the voters who successfully recalled this pos.

Check out the Yankees bunt defense compared to the Dodgers. Jazz Chisholm and Kiké Hernandez start in the exact same spot. Yet when Kiké spots the bunt, he sprints to first to get the out while Jazz just wanders around aimlessly and the runner reaches. Losing on the margins.

I don’t think we’re talking enough about how the Guardians pitching staff set a literal MLB record for most strikeouts in a nine-inning game last night. 21 strikeouts. That had NEVER happened before in nearly 500,000 opportunities in MLB history, regular season or postseason.

A Tomlin failure that’s rarely discussed. He refused to make Jaylen Warren the lead back despite him putting up these numbers for years. Instead, Steelers fans were forced to endure Najee Harris…who never broke a run for more than 37 yards in 1,097 carries

The #Guardians just became the first team in history to strike out 21 batters in a nine inning ballgame. Postseason, regular season—whatever—first ever.

If Sophie Cunningham said black players should shut up and no one cared about their opinions, she’d be kicked out of the league in two minutes. But black players can say white players need to shut up? The WNBA is filled with racist morons.

This is the most brutal honesty you’ll ever hear from a Major League Baseball player. Cameron Maybin was drafted 10th overall, spent 15 years playing at the highest level, won a World Series and is well-respected around the game. Anyone who spends enough time around a major league clubhouse knows that what Cameron is saying is a very common sentiment around the league from those who play it and coach it! Many are afraid to say it because of obvious reasons, so take a moment and appreciate Cameron’s honesty. He is 1,000,000% spot on!
At some point, baseball has to get back to valuing ballplayers and not just numbers on a screen. Give me the Freddie Freemans, the Buster Poseys, Hunter Pences, Pablo Sandovals, Michael Youngs, Ian Kinslers of the world. Guys who just flat out know how to play the game. Everyone wants to talk launch angle and exit velo, but what happened to valuing a quality at bat?” The 9-pitch battle that might end in an out, but forces a pitcher to show everything he’s got. The guy who hits behind the runner, takes what’s given, or just refuses to give a pitcher an easy inning. Those at-bats might not look sexy in the box score, but they show up in the 7th, 8th, and 9th. Some of these dudes could absolutely leave the yard too. That’s the point. They weren’t one-dimensional. Somewhere along the way, we confused measurable tools with knowing how to win baseball games. I’m not against analytics or hitting the ball hard, but there is an art to winning that you can’t fully measure. We need more guys who know how to play baseball, not just hitters, not just athletes, ballplayers. And I promise you, those dudes never go out of style
