How does anyone fall for these scams? Well, this one would catch me even though I work in cyber security. I know how to do it technically, I know about spoofing, AI voice cloning etc but "this one little trick" would catch me out. Well done for shining light on it @WisconsinBBB
Have you heard about this complicated voicemail hacking scam? It’s a scary one! #scamalert #fyp #voicemail #hackers #hacking #betterbusinessbureau
This is also true for #petscams. The abuse is blatant and not hidden. We are currently following several hundred criminals advertising on Google search. paul.petscams.com/stats
Where do #puppyscams come from? We did a deep dive into Google Ads to see what we could find.

Pre-order this bugger - it promises to be, well probably not great, possibly good, but almost definitely alright
It looks at all areas of romance fraud and is littered with genius tweets (yes, mine)

Just added a new report for puppyscams.org/minidachshund…
As you can see, the website was created on Christmas day. Scammers never rest!
You may be cynical and think that the @AARP @Google lawsuit against a #Cameroon #Puppy Scammer will not stop puppy scammers. You will be right.
Googles exposure of these scams, however, will shine a light and prevent consumers from being scammed.

Hey @Namecheap. #easyxpresscargo.com is being used to scam people in #puppy scams however it is also used in #Romance scams. Just dealing with a victim now.
Could you please give it the attention it deserves.
Thank you!
Hey @namecheap, #globalhealthtime.org is a template website hiding the puppy scam pages which they then advertise on @adsense giving the appearance of first page results to consumers.
