A couple of years ago, Nano and I lowkey changed our relationship status to "it's complicated." Big love to @meaghano who let me write about it for @romper, out today! romper.com/life/i-love-my-do…

I love that the immediate reaction from everyone to the Eric Adams indictment is WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT HE DID BUT IT SOUNDS RIGHT AND WE ARE CONFIDENT HE DID IT

My favorite Eric Adams story is this one from Curbed where they tried to prove he actually lived in NYC by staking out his house for a week.
He came home twice, parked in front of a garage, and when he left, there was traffic, so he drove on the sidewalk.

Humiliating for NYC to have our mayor indicted like we’re fucking Providence or something.

That’s why we are calling for city leaders to commit to a citywide, interconnected network of car-free or people-prioritized mobility corridors that includes everything in the toolkit — protected bike lanes, slow streets, car-free promenades. That’s how we’ll get to #VisionZero.
This used to be me until I became a public school parent and now i have to answer it, but it's either a scammer or the front desk calling about this week's hottest kindergarten virus 🫠

not all heroes wear capes 🥹 @GershKuntzman
People are always asking me, "Hey, Gersh, what's your problem, man?" And I say, "My problem is when court officers use illegal plate covers to avoid being held accountable for their recklessness." And then I show them this. #criminalmischief
I spent nearly three hours of my late evening watching absolutely WILD government television and lemme tell you, I have a LOT of questions about political appointees now.

Last night at 11pm the Board of Appeals voted 3-1 to deny the appeal against the permit that allows the Great Highway weekend pilot. It was a long and nail-biting night with over 30 people giving comments against the appeal.

🚨Help save the Great Highway Park!🚨
Park opponents have appealed a Coastal Commission permit allowing the weekend compromise - if they win their appeal, we could lose the park entirely.
Can you send an email in support of keeping the pilot? tinyurl.com/GHAppeal

Every licensed driver agreed to abide by speed limits and all the other rules of the road before gaining the *privilege* to drive.
There should be no complaints about having speeds physically limited at the accelerator.
If this is a problem for you, you shouldn't drive.

Action alert!
We are working with other Bay Area advocates on a transportation measure for 2026 that will fund transit and street safety. This morning, we heard the Municipal Transportation Agency (MTC) is including highway widening in the measure – this is unacceptable.
