The insurance companies are happily paying 3x the actual price, or passing it off to the patient.

Checked into @stayaptsuites hotel at 11pm, no one present so had to get the key from lock box.
Entered the room, DISGUSTING. Musty and dusty. Absolutely gross. Immediately left and booked a new room at the Holiday Inn Express.
Requested a refund and @hotelsdotcom won't stand up for their customer and sides with the absolute disgusting hotel. Avoid @stayaptsuites at all costs and hotels.com for that matter.
Disputing this and it shouldn't have to go this route.
"Cancellation policy" is about no showing. Not the hotel being uninhabitable.
Hey @WarbyParker can you explain how my glasses are not shipped due to "scarcity of materials" but my wife's were shipped, with the wrong prescription and the second set with the correct in the same timespan since they were on the same order? Scarcity of.......

After careful consideration and reviewing the current eligibility guidelines,
I’m officially declaring myself a @WNBA prospect.
If simply declaring who you are is all that’s required, then I meet every single requirement necessary to compete in the WNBA.
My team and I have carefully examined the WNBA’s eligibility criteria and governing framework surrounding self-identification and inclusion. Based on the current guidelines, I can and am officially declaring my eligibility for the upcoming WNBA draft in April 2027.
I know my presence on the court will stir up strong opinions.
I am definitely not here to mock, make fun of, or disrespect any community or personal choices.
I’m simply asking that the current rules be applied equally to everyone — the rules that represent the very values many WNBA players and coaches have publicly advocated for.
My team and I are prepared to ensure these guidelines are applied equally, consistently, and without exception, and I look forward to the #WNBA honoring its stated principles.

And on top of that, if you use "add to calendar" from Deltas website it adds one giant block instead of individual flights.
Does no one at Delta use Gmail and Google calendar?

49 days ago we landed in the USA to follow our country at the World Cup. We had no idea it would turn into the trip of a lifetime.
Thank you to everyone who followed along, and to all the people we met who made this journey even more special. We honestly don’t have the words to express how grateful we are for everything you did for us.
This trip exceeded every expectation we had. We came here with an open mind, wanting to experience as much of the country as possible. I still remember telling my friends on the flight to Atlanta that I hoped we’d get to meet a few locals on this trip. Now we’re flying home with friends all across the USA.
Before we came, we heard so many stereotypes and warnings about America. People told us about safety concerns, that they might check our social media at the border, and all kinds of other things. None of it matched our experience. This was probably the most welcoming country we’ve ever visited.
So if you have the chance to travel, do it. The world isn’t nearly as bad as the media often makes it seem. 99% of people are awesome!
I heard this quote somewhere during the World Cup, and I think it sums up our experience perfectly:
“If you want to hate the world, watch the news. If you want to love it, travel it.”

Hey @united since your gate agent refused to protect us on a later flight and we were delayed for your crew issues, we were moved entirely to a later flight. Turns out we will make the connection, safe to assume we can show up and fly the original like a regular stand by passenger, 20+ open seats.

Can we just call the World Cup "hydration break" what it really is, a COMMERICAL break.
They gave it away when they needed to have them in indoor stadiums and cool evening games.
Totally changes the momentum of the game, all for money.
Why do migrants, legal and US citizens get an equal vote to someone here for four or five generations.
Why did we not create a vesting schedule of sorts, welcome to the USA, you are a citizen, however, since you are new, your vote isn't the same.
Why allow foreigners the ability to sway politics immediately?
The same can be said for states. Why does a California migrant to Texas for the lower cost of living get afforded the ability to immediately vote for all the social aspects that made California inhabitable for them? Vice versa.
A simple solution is a vesting cliff that allows you to migrate to the country or to a state but not have immediate influence, thus, if you don't like the culture and ways of the place you moved, well, you moved somewhere you should've have, but after X years, if you stayed, your vote is heard.
This would immediately stop so much of the drama happening at the federal and state levels. Sure, Senators would last longer, but let's add simple term limits and fix that problem a different way.
None of this is that complicated and communities would thrive, migrants would be forced to adapt to the culture or leave, which was the intent.
This guy, @LaHood4Texas is running again for the state house. I emailed him on 5/11 and he didn't have the time to respond to a constituent.
This is what's broken in politics, they don't listen to who votes, they are not about the voice of the voters. They suck.
