Today 40 chefs will be receiving a surprise in the post. The chefs who have made it through to the next stage of NCOTY will receive a @chefsdotnet jacket. All those who receive a jacket have been asked to share a photo so we'll be keeping an eye on #NCOTY. Good luck chefs!
