In 2 days I will be cycling 90KM to all 7 Premier League Stadiums around London. I am raising awareness and funds for Sofia's Story. My inspiration stems from the incredible battle my daughter, Sofia, fought against invasive Group A Strep early last year.

Next up in my @FanTeamOfficial EPL Season Long team previews: Chelsea 🔵 And where do you even start? New manager. New 3-4-3. Rogers and Welbeck arriving. Lacroix added in defence. Questions over Enzo and Reece James. There is a LOT to unpack 👇

Which brings me back to Palmer. With so much uncertainty elsewhere, 8.5m for a nailed, rested, Cole Palmer feels incredibly difficult to ignore. If he’s anywhere close to his best, I think his ownership will be sky high by GW4 vs Hull.

To conclude, my top 3 assets based on the information we have right now: 1. Palmer 2. Lacroix 3. Joao Pedro

Next up in my @FanTeamOfficial EPL Season Long team previews: Brighton 🔵⚪ There are a few interesting prices here, but also some important differences from FPL when deciding where the value actually lies. A quick thread 👇

Gómez at 5.5m is both a mins and injury doubt. Rutter is too expensive at 6.0M for a FWD Hinshelwood at 6.0m looks like the next Brighton attacker I’d consider. The problem is whether I’d actually pick him. FanTeam pricing feels pretty generous this season for these players

There’s value here, but I don’t think we need to force Brighton players into our teams simply because they’re cheap. Top options: 1. Verbruggen 2. Gross 3. De Cuyper - risk/reward
