#PitchcareMagazine: ⚽ Deepdale's pitch has entered a new era.
After almost 30 years, Preston North End has replaced its ageing surface with a cutting-edge hybrid pitch featuring new drainage, irrigation, undersoil heating infrastructure and GrassMaster reinforcement. 🌱

The last fixture of a hectic few weeks since the pitch rebuild. Looking forward to a break to continue to strengthen the pitch before we head into winter. Today we host the women for the first ever time at Deepdale in the fa cup. So far so good and should only get better. 🌱⚽️
First pic was taken on the 9th July as we began to see establishment. Then first cut pic from today. Delighted with how the pitch is progressing 👌🏻🌱⚽️
Proud to represent PNE at Turftech 2025 in Basel, joining a host of turfies from all over Europe. It’s been a great 2 days of education/networking and a little bit of sightseeing. Looking forward to seeing what 2026 brings.
After what can only be described as a complete washout yesterday, Mother Nature has redeemed herself with this mornings commute. Pics don’t do it justice. 🌕

Day couldn’t have gone to plan any better. Now a chilled evening, before a 5am alarm to head back to Deepdale for matchday prep ⚽️🌱😴
Thanks to @nicksull2203 for the pic from up high. Always like this time of year before the dark days set in. Busy week ahead, but looks like the sun will be shining 😎🌱⚽️
