Hello again @British_Airways so my bag that should have been on morning flight on Saturday has still not even been able to be confirmed as to whether it is at the departure or arrival airport now. The team on the phone say something different each time.

Hello @British_Airways for the 2nd time in my last 3 flights you have lost my luggage. This time, you cannot even tell me for sure where my bag is or what flight you will try to put it on. It has all the children’s clothes in it. Seems to be standard bad service.
