Imbecile, a Gb of Lean code is not a proof.
You don't know what a proof is. Have you try to give to an LLM your disgraceful "black Bitcoin paper"? The LLM will destroy your ego more than I did.
Wait for all the cancer that Nassim hates now going in the opposite direction where retards build the same garbage that Taleb hated… it’s going to be hard for him to admit it.
Are they really complaining about unemployment? I don’t think that’s the case
Imbecile.
It’s not about solving. It’s about the cognitive surrender and lack of necessary friction that AI creates.
The gatekeepers strike back!
Nothing terrifies a prestige hierarchy more than the technology that makes its prestige obsolete.
Let me translate the panic:
“We won our Fields Medals and built our status in a world without AI. Now AI companies might solve problems that took us decades or problems we could never solve at all. Some of those breakthroughs might greatly benefit humanity, but what about our jobs, status, and prestige?”
That is the mentality: protecting the hierarchy matters more than accelerating discovery.
If AI can solve mathematics that humans cannot, that should be one of the greatest scientific achievements in history.
The goal of mathematics should be to solve problems and expand human knowledge, not to preserve the prestige of the people who happened to solve them first or the social status of mathematicians.
The purpose of science is also not to preserve the scarcity of scientists.
Knowledge is not a private guild.
For thousands of years, intelligence itself has been scarce. AI is beginning to destroy that scarcity.
The printing press reduced the power of those who controlled books.
The internet reduced the power of those who controlled information.
AI will reduce the power of those who control expertise itself.
And some gatekeepers are discovering that what they thought was their permanent status may have simply been the economic value of scarce intelligence.
That is why this moment is so disruptive.
AI is coming for the gates!
And that could be one of the greatest things ever to happen to humanity!
Killer speech, but who was president, @BillAckman ?
RFK previously criticized both administrations on this - he faulted Trump for presiding over each of the violations he lists!
Republicans were guilty for atrocities too.

There are bots like this that say stupid things. Grocery prices are up (again) at a 3% real rate.

The US engaged in an unjustified attack on Iran.
Europe avoided the very unpopular and risky proposition of participating.
These fake conservatives won’t condemn evil when they see it -Trump was wrong. That is that.
Replying to @justincbzz
Europe could have invested in their military for decades instead of relying on the US for everything. And then they may have wanted to be more cooperative with the US on Iran as it's just as much in their interest...instead they acted idiots and denied the US use of their bases
I think these accounts are paid bots for no person can be this stupid.
So, this is more of a bribe.
If he does not need Congress then why not issue the “dividend” now? Why not issue it at some other time?
But that’s not the point, it’s a bribe.
BREAKING: President Trump says he does not need Congressional approval to issue $5,000 “dividends” to all US adults if Republics win the midterms.
For once I totally agree with Matt. This is the correct conservative position.
Spending over a trillion dollars to randomly send everyone in the country a check for five grand, including people who are not even net taxpayers -- which makes this, yes, welfare -- is idiotic. Sorry. We did that during covid and it didn't help anything. Only made inflation worse. This is flagrant bribery. Which I could maybe stomach if the plan itself was at least sensible and coherent, but it isn't.
This is either deception or stupidity.
There is no "profit" being produced by "America." People are paying to import goods or paying taxation.
The $5,000 is not coming from our tax dollars—that's what Democrats hand out to everyone including foreigners.
This is a dividend check from the profits that America is making, shared with We the People only.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The federal gov doesn't have “profits”. It runs annual deficits around $1.8 trillion, with debt about $40 trillion. There is no surplus.
Tariffs are a tax. Current annual collections are in the $125–200 billion range. The president also cannot just send the checks.

Hey @gummibear737, you still supporting Trump?
How’s it going for you, if you are ?
We now have:
1. President Trump offering $5,000 “dividend” checks to all American adults
2. Oil prices officially back above $100 per barrel
3. Total US debt above a record $40 trillion
4. Inflation above 2% for 60 consecutive months
5. One of the biggest technological revolutions in modern history
6. The Fed facing pressure to cut rates while inflation remains above target
This is your advance notice to position yourself accordingly.
Dumbest statement of ever in history.
Enlightenment thinking… yet TFP-U is negative still!!
Conservative religious psychopath! On one hand d @megbasham makes reference to “biblical” authority, but dismisses the Bible
What about Romans 16 or Philippians 4? A woman who ran a tent making business being co-workers to Paul?
Christianity has rotted the brain of the right?
